Highly recommend. My elderly mother was very unsure and nervous prior to coming in and the entire staff made her feel comfortable and at ease. Rose is highly competent and very gentle she explained everything so clearly and is always helpful, informative and accessible. My mother now looks forward to coming in for her follow up appointments. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way to follow up with her and happy to answer any questions.

I finally decided to get hearing aids and went to Miracle Ear in Northampton. And I wish I would've gone sooner. Rose was the best! She was thorough, extremely informative and so helpful. She listened to what I was saying and what I wanted. She guided me to the perfect choice of hearing aids that would work best for me and were within the guidelines of what I wanted and didn't want. I went back this morning for a follow up and no adjustments were needed since she did such an excellent job of setting them up for me the day I got them. And she downloaded the app on my phone for me as well the day that I got them. Rose has been so patient and kind. What I thought was going to be a big disappointment turned out to be a huge success! And it's all because of Rose. She is the best. Without a doubt I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you Rose! Job well done!
