Wonderful campground. Clean and quiet. We stayed while taking a trip to Idlewild Park.great for the kids. Splash pad and pool were clean and a great addition to the weekend.

We loved this campground as first timers there. It's on our list as a return destination. The owners were very pleasant in assisting me even after the store had closed. The creekside lots are fantastic. The cleanliness and upkeep was outstanding. My daughter was obsessed with the well kept playground as well.

Totally enjoyed our stay. The owners are wonderful people. The view of the lake from our site L2 was awesome. Our grandkids enjoyed riding their bikes around the campgrounds, fishing at the lake, and swimming in the pool. They also enjoyed going to the "general store" office area to get ice cream. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Pool and splash area were also very well maintained and the water was just right. Had a hard time getting the grandkids to leave the pool. The campground was nice and close to Idlewild Park for our day trip there. We highly recommend Mirror Lake!

Beautiful scenery, nice owners, lots of fish in the water to catch. If you want to go somewhere to relax. Enjoy the beauty of nature. This is your place.

Nice area, bathrooms stayed clean. However camping is over priced. Camp sites are way to close, plus there is barely enough room for parking. We were in a Honda Civic, if we had a truck there would not have been enough room for us to park. Personally, won't be going back cause there are cheaper options around that are the same if not better.

Have to give a 3 star on this one. Sites are tight, not the tightest I’ve seen, but still tight. The creek behind the campsites is nice. The lake is super pretty, but the goose droppings are crazy! (Expected at a lake though). It’s a pay lake to fish, not sure of the cost as we had other plans and didn’t even bring our stuff. Now, reason for 3 stars, when we reached out to book, I asked for FHU site. I was told they were available. So we secured our reservation with a card. When I got the email confirmation, it was NOT for a full hookup site! So I responded and NEVER heard back. Not the end of the world but still an issue. When we got to the campground to check in, I asked if any FHU was available and told yes, but they were only 30 amp so we said no. The two lakefront sites are right at the entrance, and not very large. If you are part of the “in” crowd, this place could be a blast. If you are travelers like us, you may be ignored or stared down like we were. We did NOT feel welcome here. We didn’t use the bathhouse but I always check them out for my reviews. I wouldn’t use them unless I absolutely had to, kind of scary! The location is good, very close to Ligonier. Oh, and the bridge to get to the campsites is also kinda scary, seems a little tight for a bigger RV. Oh, and the water is brown. Will be going home and flushing out all our lines to remove what appears to be iron.

If I could give zero stars I would, after reserving a spot and driving 10 hours then breaking down while it was pouring rain, plus we called 3 times to let them know we would be coming in late because we had to make repairs because we could not drive without wipers in the rain. No one ever answered or responded to the calls or emails. Then we get this response via private email from RHONDA who told us about 4 times, my husband has to get up at 4: 30. Not sure what that had to do with our reservation but then she went on to say that anyone coming in after dark has to park in the parking lot till morning? Are you kidding! Then she decides to tell us that her family goes to bed at 9 so maybe best you find someplace else". Unbelievable!

Very nice campground with a lot to do. Owners are super nice and interacted with both adults and children. Watched them join in on a kickball game that the camp kids were playing. They also come around and encourage you to participate in the activities they have scheduled. Will visit there again.

We are new to this whole camping thing. Rudy spent so much time helping us figure things out it was amazing. Then on our first night we were invited to join a group hanging out on the dock. I feel like part of a family and can't wait to go back and see them again.

Didn't stay just visited family for an hour who were staying at the campsite. They charged $10 just to visit which was ridiculous, $3 or even $5 would have be reasonable. Just from our visit we personally would never stay, sites are to close and they pack them in.

Nice place. But camping to me is not a tiny cabin on display directly in front of the bathroom. Like a fish bowl. And they charge a 50$ security deposit. That was a first.

20.00$ to fish this pay lake next to camp grounds. Quite a few catties in lake. Stay near pole or it will be pulled in. Caught a tagged cattie worth 30.00$.

Located right off of 711 with easy-to-navigate website directions, the campground was our very first with our new travel trailer. Our two kids (7 & 10 years old) had a great time riding their bikes through the park, playing on the playgrounds, and fishing at the pay lake. There will be a swimming pool with a fountain play area soon (under construction as of 10/2020). Ownership is super nice and always seemed to be there for any questions/help. They helped guide us into our spot (even chose a different one for us on our way in as occupancy was at about half). Setup was easy and level. There is a nice gravel pad with enough room for both tow vehicle and RV. Picnic tables and fire rings are included while some sites have full hookups (we used an electric/water site. 20,30, and 50 amps are available). All-in-all we had a great time for our first RV trip as a family and would recommend Mirror Lake Campground to any and all travelers.

I enjoyed my time here. The owners are very kind and helpful. You can show up late at night, as long as you call them ahead of time to let them know. There is a gate that you must check in to get a card to open. The area is safe and kept very clean and well maintained. It was obvious right away that they must spray for bugs, since we didn't encounter very many, despite being right on the water. The firewood is a good price, being at $8 for a 10 piece bundle. There is a 3% charge for using card to pay, so I suggest you plan for that beforehand. There seems to be a lot of long term campers with full hookup, but there are plenty of space for short term campers and 6 tent sites, and I saw 3 small cabins. The long term camper sites are kept clean and the area was quiet, although I will note that you can hear some traffic. The bathrooms were kept clean, and the showers give you space to move and get changed. Overall, this is a great campsite, and I suggest it to anyone looking to go camping in the area.

Hidden gem.at least for us! We wanted to find a spot close to a few attractions, was quiet, and not TOO far out of the way. Up pops Mirror Lake RV Campground (thankyou Passport America!). This is located about 10 minutes or so outside of New Florence in the rolling hills. Rates were great (Passport America) and was right off the road, so easy to find.

First the bad stuff - They have a lake and it had algae round the edges, but you could fish! Also need to note, just about every lake we passed in this area had algae and typically much worse!

The cool stuff - Check-in was a breeze and the staff was great! The grounds were well kept (first look) and they provided a key card. Ah ha.a locked gate going into the actual campground! You need it to get in, but not to get out. Our spot was #44, which was an AWESOME end spot in the pull-through area. For a few days, while no one was at that end of the park, we had a totally unobstructed view looking towards the woods, creek, hills, etc. Yeah, I'd do it again! Maybe half or so of the park are seasonal folks, so it was pretty quiet. The ONLY issue we had was connecting to the sewer. For mere mortals, this won't be an issue at all. Our GD sewer discharge is a "low rider", so it's low to start with. We added a valve, which drops things another couple of inches. The sewer connection was probably and inch or two above the gravel and by the time we get the elbow connection on.it's an uphill battle for us. BUT.these guys had thought of just about everything! On the way out is.a septic dump at ground level, complete with water to flush. Win for us! Also, they apparently had just rebuilt the pool area, which was really nice! It's not an Olympic sized pool.but it would be perfect for the kids/grandkids! All in all, a really nice location. The back-in spaces all faced a stream, which is pretty cool. Fire pits at most locations (I think), and they have the typical store that was really nice!

Locally - close to the Flight 93 Memorial (about an hour or so), Fort Ligonier (George Washington was stationed there in his youth), and Buttermilk Falls (Mr. Rogers used to play there as a kid!). Grocery store is located about 15 minutes away (outside of New Florence) and has just about everything.

Would we do it again? In a heartbeat!

Stayed for a weekend. Had full hookup right by the stream. Fit my 28' travel trailer and truck just fine. Very relaxing since there is no TV or streaming movies. Son enjoyed fishing in the lake. Not far from Ligonier and Linn Run.
