I received my Settlement last night and was really surprised. You were right - the final day of the auction was a real shock. It really was a good day.

Items I recieved were not described accurately, paid $140 for an empty box, BUYER BEWARE! I've tried several times to contact and they refuse to call me back, thats how I know they scammed me! Terrible! There was more issues with other items but that was the biggest. Please be careful!

Great people & and great auctions. To update, a family friend lost his sister, and he was tasked with liquidation of the estate, both real estate and personal property.
He called Dale, and they came and held the sale within a week of being contacted. The personal property was not exciting. In fact, I told my friend there was no there, there. He agreed and said, "My guess is once this sale is over, I will need a large roll off. " Well, the sale was very, very successful. Dale and all of his employees went above and beyond to make it successful.
The real estate was above and beyond expectations of any of the heirs. The family discussion went like this. It was an absolute sale, no reserve. The family is older and wanted to liquidate quickly to get money in the hands of heirs that are up to 82 years old. Dale hosted an open house and had another 20 plus showings to those who could not make the open house. Selling absolute stops the trickle of money from the estate to pay utilities, taxes, mowing, etc. Within 45 days, it was over.
A reality company would have dragged on for months and still would have negotiated a price as people offer less than the list price.
I can think of no one who would have done a better job. Dale is his father's son and has carried a sterling family reputation, his pricing is lower then other area Auctioneers and your not getting a second rate snow job that costs several times Dale's pricing the are no hidden fees. You know exactly what your costs will be the day he looks at the property.
All I can say is Thank You Dale for working with this dear 8th generation Somerset Co family. You did a wonderful job, as did everyone that works with you.

I bid on several items and needed them shipped to the address on my invoice instead of the default billing address. I was able to call in and request that the items be sent to the correct address. The items were packaged appropriately, and the shipping costs were very reasonable. Great service and very easy to deal with

I won an item that I bid on in one of their auctions and requested that they mail it to a specific address instead of the one on my invoice. They agreed.

A week or so later, I receive a text stating it was delivered. It was delivered to the incorrect address. I asked for a refund and they said they would ship the item to the correct address at no additional cost once the item was returned.

It has been weeks now and I have not received the package. I don't know if it was ever returned to them. And they have stopped responding to my messages.

They denied my request for a refund of my money. I would be wary of purchasing anything from this company if you are not going to pick the item up in person. I am very disappointed in the how they have handled this situation. I'm out $40+ with no item in hand.

Shipping was outrageous, took over a month to process and ship the item. Will not purchase from again.
