Mitch's Fuel & Food Restaurant reviews
13They always make my pizza exactly how I love it plus you can get fishing stuff drinks and gas plus lots very awesome place and the employee's are very nice
Delicious quick breakfast near our Air BnB located in Confluence. Take out or dine in, also has gas and other snacks, lottery and other convenience items.
Riding on the GAP, great place for breakfast and getting stoked. You might want to find some real coffee somewhere else, though.
Excellent service, great food (I had a very tasty Reuben sandwich), and welcomed the opportunity to charge our cellphones while we ate. Mitch’s is our go-to place to eat every time we bike through Confluence on the GAP.
Ordered ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes for my food, Everything is overpriced and the only reason they get business is because they are the only place to eat in town if there are more then 2 people in restaurant might as well turn around this is all coming from a local
Stopped here for lunch on day two of riding the GAP trail (west to east). Is there anything more American than a gas station/convenience store/diner all occupying the same building/room? Had a panini and fries and picked up a Gatorade and some cold Starbucks caffeine drink out of the cooler. A few indoor picnic tables to choose from. A tool box filled with condiments.
As an aside, my bike was starting to squeal a little bit a few miles from Confluence. Mitch's was just a really cool spot to eat lunch while the bike shop fixed the issue. They lubed my jockey wheels and gave the bike a once-over, adjusting the bottom bracket bearing and the steering post bearing ($20).
Everyone I'm in the area on a bike ride we stop for a sandwich. Try the Cuban it's the best
We come hear every year on our bike ride from Ohiopyle and always enjoy the freshly made food, friendly staff and hometown atmosphere
I had the fish sandwich which was crisp and hot with fries also crisp and hot. Wife had veggie panini which she raves about
I don't like bike riding. Mitch's Fuel and Food is worth the pedaling. Big well priced menu with freshly made to order good sized portions in an industrial rustic themed environment that matches the outdoor river scenery perfectly. My only suggestion - put a BIG clear sign on the trail directing bikers to you, we only found you guys by happy accident!
Stopped for fuel, didn't go into the Resturaunt, but it was busy at the time we were there. It must be good? Or the only game in town on Sunday?
Nice people. The pumps are ancient.need to go in to prepay. Haven't had to do that in over 10 years. Time for an update.
Pleasantly surprised. Grilled chicken salad was excellent. There’s not a lot of choices in the area but apparently we don’t need them because this place is all we needed. Very friendly staff as well.
Delicious food at a gas station? ! Yes, if it's at Mitch's Food and Fuel in Confluence, PA.
Mitch's has a grill where all food is cooked to order. They offer breakfast and lunch, with a large menu. Some of the lunch options are roast beef panini (my choice today), reuben and grown up grilled cheese. Sides include French fries, cole slaw and potato salad. Everything is delicious!
If you're traveling on Rt 40, a side trip to Confluence would be worth your while. Cycling or walking the GAP? Go to Mitch's for breakfast or lunch!
