Miyako Sushi, Harrisburg PA

I got it door dashed to me. I had about 10 orders and I asked them if they could separate them all and label them and they did! They are nice and went out of their way to accommodate me. The sushi is so fresh and creamy and there is so many varieties. I've had 6 different rolls so far and I have love every single one!

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night via their website. The fees were less than using Grubhub directly, and it’s supported by door dash. I like that they offer 2 or 3 roll combinations that include a soup or a salad.

We’ve never had sushi from here, so we ordered a variety of things. We got the following rolls: Atlantic Ocean, Sea king, Phoenix, Tropical inferno, Crab roll, Spicy crab roll, Boston roll, Spider roll, Snow crab, Fire crunch, Mr crab, and Pink panther roll.

Our favorites were the Atlantic Ocean, sea king, and Phoenix roll. We didn’t like the tropical inferno, spider, or Boston rolls. The Boston and spider roll were both mostly lettuce, which we’ve never experienced with these rolls at other sushi restaurants. We got a mix of miso soup and salads. We weren’t fond of either one and could do without it next time.

The sushi was nicely packaged for delivery and they labeled all of the rolls upon request. Would order again!

Somebody my somebody my lunch party asked for extra white sauce and receive the rule response but other than that good food nice atmosphere

Best Hibachi and sushi in Harrisburg. Well with the price. I’ve tried other places in the region and this is the only place that gets the food as I like it.

Not good anymore. Dijon mustard does not belong on sushi. Stay away from the special rolls? The plain old sashimi, nigiri and maki was the only saving grace. I think the place is just struggling.

Sushi is an acquired taste and only over a period of time do you, first off, learn the many ways ppl eat it, and secondly, you learn what it is you like and don't like, There are a number of ways to eat sushi and if you were to ask a dozen people, "How do you eat sushi? " They would all give you a different answer, my thoughts, well, you can do the Cookie Monster thing and just gobble it on down or.take a small taste of the wasabi to clean the palate of the tongue and open up the sinus. This will bring out the fullness of the many flavors wrap'd within the sushi, Next, ginger or no, Really the ginger is supposed to help the raw fishes, some fishes are lite with very little texture, the ginger is there to help to give the fish some texture so it doesn't seem that you're chewing air, O.o, Really though, a better use for ginger is to eat it with sashimi, You may have a certain type of fish or seafood you prefer on your sush, at this point, it's chow time, no matter how you ritualize your sushi, along with a number of vegetables/condiments, perhaps you prefer a certain style/type of sushi, a specialty sushi roll or custom built, I have not yet been disappointed from any of the meals I've ordered from this restaurant, you won't be disappointed from Miyako either

Best smoked salmon flavor ive had in sushi before, all 3 rolls i got were top quality even the one i rushed and picked was soo yummy.

Disappointing. Food was ok but not great. Dine in and food came out in polystyrene containers.

So happy that they are delivering to my address again! My very favorite sushi in the Harrisburg area, especially the cup cake roll! But also loved the Phoenix roll. The fried rice was also delish! I'm a very happy customer ️!

Delicious sushi! The drinks are pretty good too. But I do think it's a little pricey for what it is. I think they're short on staff which is why service might be lacking a little, but everyone was friendly and the food came to us promptly! I do think it's a little odd that they serve everything in foil take-out containers, though. Atmosphere is pretty relaxed, overall I had a pretty good experience here!

The sushi cravings came again. I knew it was only a matter of time. Pray for ya boy but also not too hard because Miyako was right down the street and I FOUND DELIVERANCE WITHIN ITS WALLS.

Y'all. I'mma be real and say that my lady said "THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ROLLS I EVER HAD" when we started in on the banquet of deliciousness that was placed upon the table. Unfortunately for me, it was the roll I ordered and she ate it all, BUT STILL. The Eel was perfect, the salmon was fresh and vibrant, the tobiko? Poppin. Can't say a bad thing about anything.

The only mistake we made was not ordering more

10/10 or 5/5 I dunno what Google wants from me. Just trust me. Treat yourself, get that extra roll. Hell, they got 3 roll specials already built into their menu so THERE'S NO EXCUSE. WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS, GO GET DINNER.

As someone who loves sushi, Miyako sushi is one of the best. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was decent, but no waiters, and they did not check on us very often. The presentation was excellent, but the way it was served was not very good in
tinfoil trays and takeout containers. Overall great experience would have been five stars if the way it was plated was unique and the service was better.

Great food, but everything is served in plastic and you can’t get red wine by the glass though it’s listed on their menu. This is strictly a takeout spot.

My fiancé and I ate here today. The restaurant itself was nice and the sushi was good. However, as I was eating, my throat became VERY itchy and by the time we left, I needed Benadryl because not only my throat was itchy, my chest, back and whole body was as well. About 30 minutes later my fiancés throat was itchy, and his body was as well. He too, also needed Benadryl. We will NOT be eating here again. It seems like either they didn’t wash the food properly, and/or did not refrigerate their fish/shrimp correctly.

The service was horrible. We have been waiting for our food for an hour and no one was checking in on us. I do not recommend this place at all

Words aren’t enough to describe how tasty and great the food is here. Been here multiple times and the food does not disappoint!

I made an order through Doordarsh. The restaurant confirmed the order. As a diabetic, I put on my insulin, because they said it would be there in about half hour. Well, 25 minutes after the confirmation, the restaurant canceled my order. No reason. Last time I order from them.

Decent food and prices, but terrible presentation of their food, everything is served in tent foil, service is terrible, once they take your order they never come back to check on you
