I Recovered a damaged vehicle at their location, it was a super clean facility, everyone was friendly, and the vehicle was well taken care of in their lot. Would use again.

Mediocre garage at best.

They are horrible at scourcing parts.

A very "don't care don't need you attitude"

I had to scource my own parts out and wait almost 2 days for a basic repair.
It's an owner operators worst nightmare.

I respect the staff at the parts guys helpful and respectful, but unfortunately after Ted Mathews left everything started to go down the hill Ted use to come help us out even tho one can cover a shift can here on Friday to pick up parts were closed. No one to help.please bring Ted back so we can get rolling.thanks sorry but unfortunately this is what it is! Will The

Great place guys really know their stuff always have the parts if not they can get them very shortly or quickly everybody's so friendly and willing to help.

Go somewhere else (Allentown is closest). So unprofessional!
It took them 4 days to fix DEF problem, no sense of urgency, they are constantly trying to get more money out of you.no communication, no respect for a client. They didn't even call me after my truck was done -it was sitting there on a parking lot. We had taken many trucks to Volvo repair shops but this is the prime example ofI don't care attitude.

Slow as Hell, tiny driver's lounge, no hotel shuttle.no communication at all. 3 days down for noc sensor. Ridiculous!

Awesome experience! They were my last resort for a particular part. The mechanic even worked past his shift to get me back on the road.

Great employees. Quick, professional well organized excellent communication priced fair. Trailer was dropped off and fixed in less than 24 hours.

Service dept is A1 in my book. The service techs wasted no time checking out my truck and notifying service managers with issues they found with my truck.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not pleased with them. Took too long to do work and replaced things that didn't need replaced

Pathetic. Needed trailer washout and they charged full hour labor rate to do it. And for that 5 minutes they spent of the full hour labor rate trailer was still dirty and crud still on floor. For a full hour labor rate that trailer should have been sparking and smelled like a rose. Had to wait two hours before that five minutes even began and then they walked away without even pulling out of the dock. No thought care concern or consideration. Next time try the self serve truck wash bay just before them, if you can get in it. I wouldnt waste any more time or money on this place to do anything.

This place is great! The service team is awesome and always try to help keep you moving. They are all knowledgeable and great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality work and a good experience!

Very friendly staff and reasonably priced and did a great job and finding out what was wrong with my truck
