Why do we have to give at least one star in the rating? These guys don't deserve any stars. Was unfortunate to have MOAD services come out when I had an American Home Shield warranty.

The first time they came out to fix my heat pump and didn't do a great job, it was malfunctioning again within 48 hours. Had to call another company to come out and fix the issue the right way.

The 2nd time I called was for a leaking shower faucet and toilet. Toilet had leaking rigid water supply line and could have and should have replaced with braided hose right away but I guess he didn't have one in his truck bc he ended up using duct tape to hold leaking line in place until he could come back to repair. Let's just say the duct tape didn't hold up.

For leaking shower, had to access plumbing through wall so had to cut through wall. Used sharkbite fitting to install and was leaking at fitting. They never came back out to fix. Called AHS and they sent another guy out, problem wasn't fixed so I ended up calling another company to fix the issue as well as replace toilet water supply line.

Called A. H. S.to ask about reimbursement and rep had the nerve to say I should have called him when I called the company multiple times. Moad and A. H. S.are totally worthless. Stay away.
