7Worst customer service around.called first part of Oct to schedule site inspection for whole house generator, told them installation set for 11/12 and needed to have everything ready for that date. Now this was the second call, first was to find out what I needed to do. They sent 2 guys out on the 27th, If that was an inspection, I'm a zebra. Told them that generator would be installed 11/12 could they be here, "no problem" Rinker calls them (generator people) nothing scheduled! I call, upset, and get bs from woman in office, manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Best I got was Dec, 3 unless someone cancels. PLUS I get to dig a 20 foot trench! I'm 70! Must be to complicated for a gas company. If it weren't so close to bad weather I'd be changing! Only hope they know what they are doing over 300 dollars to lay pipe in trench I dig. All this while dealing with a husband with heart problems, Just Wonderful, NOT!
Always deliver in one or two days of your request. Their prices are good and if additional service is needed (such as the time that my pilot light shut off they came and reset the pilot light) without any problems.
If I could rate 0, I would. Rude delivery/driver. Inconsiderate! Missed our mail delivery, due to truck blocking our mailbox.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY CAN NOT GET ANYTHING RIGHT. FROM THEIR RECORD KEEPING TO THE ACTUAL DELIVERY DRIVERS, THEY FAIL ON EVERY LEVEL.
Great place great people the only place you can get a brand new bbq tank for 29.95. Or a refill for 9.95. You definitely need to go and pick yours up
