When equipment breaks down, especially in our industry turnaround times for repairs need to be ASAP, Thanks to Keith and team this is possible. Whenever I call Keith for parts I can be worry-free knowing that he knows exactly what Im talking about. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to equipment parts and that is hard to find nowadays. Thanks again for keeping us up and running and we look forward to continuing to work with you guys! I’ve dealt with Ron on many occasions. He’s always easy to get ahold of and always gets what I need in a timely fashion unlike Vermeer North Atlantic who treat their customers like Vermeer is the only game in town. Bandit is the only people that I will do business with from this day forward. I highly recommend Modern Equipment!

I tried to leave another review but I guess I can’t leave more then one. I have i giant machine that I bought elsewhere before modern became a dealer for them, the machines 2 1/2 years old and the battery went bad last week.after trying to cross reference the battery and have been to several battery stores I had come up empty with no solutions as this battery isn’t made anymore, and no one could figure out a replacement. I made one call to modern this morning and spoke with Keith and within an hour he had a solution and a battery for me. I cannot say enough good things about Keith I always call him with problems, and he always has a solution.

I can't get a call back or email response from service folks after a number of attempts. Ugh.
