Moe's Southwest Grill, Harrisburg PA

There is a Spanish gentleman behind the counter who is absolutely a joy to see. I go there everyday for queso and chips and he is so polite and friendly. He definitely deserves a raise in my book.

Stopped here for the first time ever on our way to the threestivel in Halifax. I got the nachos and my friend got (well I can't remember) lol. Anyways both meals were excellent and the two young ladies working were very friendly. The portions were big and we were both full after our meals. Will definitely eat here again. Keep up the good work guys. ️

Just your average Moe's foods decent although my last visit they were out of the fresh jelepenos

I asked the server hey I want everything on the side and I had to repeat myself and he does not listen so I had to cancel my order

As a dietitian, I love how many healthy options you have at Moe's. You can also find their nutrition info on their website. This location is okay- the employees are nice enough but the bathroom was a little dirty and didn't have toilet paper.

Portions are horrible! Plus the rainbow guy there is sooooooo extra, like seriously dude go play some football or something

Can't comment on the atmosphere because I had a take out order. Was greeted friendly and my food was ready when I got there.

Update: 4 years ago place was amazing. The food is still good. But the prices? Your going to charge 2.00 for a small container of queso? Wow Moes. I thought yall were competing With Chipotle and neato burrito. Drop the prices on the sides and then I'm sure you'll see a difference. Plus your food workers not all of them wear hair nets or gloves.

This place is the bomb! Their burrito bowls "earmuffs" are out of this world. The staff is friendly, the seats could use a little bit of work done to them. But out of all reality, you are coming into to sit and eat for no longer than about 30 minutes. And everything else pretty much makes up for the "seat and table issue". I love this place my dad and his partner and I come here all the time and so far we haven't had any bad experiences. The food is crafty, the place is pretty colorful and bright inside and makes you feel like your truly inside of a southwest grill. This place is very welcoming and if I were to choose from neato burrito, Chipotle, or moes it would be moes for sure. Their salsas are out of this world too and they don't charge extra for sour cream

Two times I went here and I said I wanted to ordee the exact same thing as my partner and they still insist I have to tell them every single topping while my friend orders the same thing 2 seconds before me. This is rude and it's only one staff memeber doing this. My review soloing reflecting his behavior.

Their steak is delicious. My son loves their steak & queso. My food is always soo good & flavourful. I especially love when they have fresh, diced jalapenos.

Honestly they never have black beans. It's always "several hours " till there done. Even an hour after opening they still say several hours and alot of times mid day they don't gave them either. So they basically only have them for a few hours everyday i guess. Hope you get lucky. It's littleraly a staple of the menu and they can't ever seem to have them. Like why am coming to get a burrito if you have no beans. Lol Save your money and time!

I'll be calling the manager tomorrow, if I don't get a resolution, I guess that's what a charge back is for.

I was welcomed to Moe’s. The staff was polite but obviously exhausted at the end of the day. Food was good. Parking was fine. Staff was accommodating when I needed more chips and the tables were clean.

Worst Moe’s I have ever been to. Six people are “working” yet they don’t have some of the ingredients available - no beef, barely any chicken cooked, scrapping the bottom of the queso. Five other people working are all just staring at each other.

This place is constantly either closed completely or closed after 5pm, all while it says OPEN on Google and Moes.com. I should not drive to a restaurant just to find out it’s closed way before closing time, or not open at all. Whoever the supervisor of this Moe’s needs to be replaced. I have driven to this location just to have to turn around and go home more times than I can count on one hand. It’s ridiculous. I don’t see any other Moe’s around here closing. If this Moe’s wasn’t the only one near me within 20 minutes I would NEVER go back here, but I love the food. People running the establishment are doing a TERRIBLE job.

I have been to this location twice. It is constantly out of something. This visit the ground beef was empty and the Salsa Bar had empty salsa selections. The tables are not cleaned and the staff seems inattentive to anything going on. There doesn’t seem to be anyone running the restaurant.

This place screams food poisoning! My first time here and my bf has been to other locations and bragged. I was excited to try something new. Well this is a hard no for me! So we order our food and you can tell the meats been left out for a good long time, and there was grease built up and it didn’t look good at all. Against my better judgment I gave it a try. We each took a bite of our food and it was horrible. The salsa station was a mess too. To top it off the associate who served us didn’t seem happy at all to be there. She kept rolling her eyes, my advice is u applied there. That was your choice for this job. Do better ppl

Not good. Ordered the steak burrito. Steak was mushy and slimy like it had been sitting out all day. Salsa's were flavorless with no heat. I'm done with this place.

Has to be one of the worst food places I've been to. There were three of us and we weren't even greeted. They came to the counter and just stared at us. While making the food, the employee looked like he couldn't be bothered, hated his job and I'm surprised he could hear me through his airpods. Didn't have the trash emptied so when we all went to throw away our stuff, it wouldn't fit anymore. Kids who don't want to work and definitely don't deserve 15.00 dollars an hour as a minimum wage. Disgraceful.
