Place was dirty, we had never been to a Moe’s before and the order station was confusing with unhelpful staff. They filled my bowl maybe half way (and that’s being generous). Spent $24 on a burrito and a bowl and my only regret was wasting that money on food that just wasn’t that good. Won’t return ever.

The corn salsa wasn't like the corn salsa I've had from other Moe's. Only complaint.

Trashiest of the low. They don't have the frescas. The food was bland. Salsa tasted like it had been left out all day. I just threw it out. Everything here was pretty bad. And they charge you $4 for extra queso. I mean the slightest amount of queso cheese on your burrito and burrito bowl. Never going back.

Customer service has went down quite dramatically, my most recent visit, I walked into a completely empty Moes, not 1 customer, not 1 employee present, I wasn’t greeted obviously and waited for almost a full 2 minutes before turning around. I started to walk out and an employee was hastily walking back into the store from outside. Alright cool, thanks for noticing and trying to get my order.
Once the employee got inside, 2 more employees came out. I went through with my order and everything was fine. I am looking at the sign and advertisements about making it a meal. $1.99/ 3.99

I asked to make it a meal. I was asked if I want the smaller sized drinks, I said that’s fine, thinking it would just be the extra 1.99 add on. I wasn’t asked if I wanted guac or Queso, just assumed I wanted Queso, I wanted to do one of each. Once I saw them in the bag, the “cup” of Queso I got was easily smaller than my hand and I saw the up charge of $4.38.
I asked if it’s supposed to be like this for the mega or if I’m supposed to have the larger sized drinks and I was too “yeah, that’s why I asked you if you wanted them”

Customers who don’t give attitudes certainly never deserve them.
I saw the up charge change from $4.38-4.78 now.so I’m assuming the $1.99 charge is for kids drinks and a half a spoon of Queso on a napkin because I don’t know what else it could mean. It didn’t get explained to me and the attentiveness was barely existent… however, the reason it is getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the food wasn’t bad. I would enjoy it more with a pleasant experience as i am sure most people would

I have to agree with the other reviewers that the food is overpriced for the little you get and the staff which was 3 teenage girls were not friendly and obviously didn’t want to be there. The one taking my order, I could barely hear her, and not friendly at all. I haven’t been here in awhile and I don’t plan on coming back. Very disappointing experience. I don’t like feeling I wasted my money and time going to a place to eat.

It’s Moes, it’s always going to be good. But let me tell you sweets, all employees but 3 were stoney mcgroney if you catch my drift. It was quite entertaining watching one in such slow motion arranging the food into my bowl, the cashier get confused and repeat herself multiple times, and the other sweep while staring into the tile floors. But overall they are great employees and got the job done. Stop by for some superb food and entertainment

Food was not hot, I would have liked a microwave. We were there when opening so might have not been in warmers long. Paid $12 for my burrito because I added guacamole and total bill with tip was nearly $60 for my family of 4.

Foods good but the customer is not! Your lucky if they acknowledge you or care about what they are making! Been here few times and I experienced staff being rude to barely caring or listening to what you want. And the sad part is management is also guilty. So it must be the culture at this location. I've a huge fan of Moe's and been to many locations but I try to avoid this specific one.

Horrible experience! I called to get it taken care of and no one picks up the phone, kind you they were dead when I went in 10 mins ago! Will not be getting anything from them again

Delicious but woefully expensive for what you get. Three home wrecker burritos for $45. $14.29 each. And they were all no more than 5” long. Very overpriced. Last time there.

I’m sorry, the staff is very attentive and super friendly. On that front I had a good experience. But the food is terrible. Dry, flavorless compared to authentic Mexican food. Perhaps I’m just picky but save yourself the trouble and at least go to Chipotle. I only went because all of the places I like in the area were closed and I was wanting Mexican food. Waste of money and it’s really overpriced for what you get. Too bland, cold, and dry for me.

Really disappointed with the quality and service here. Tonight's crew took an extraordinary amount of time to come out of the back and start making the orders of us waiting in line, Then the person who was supposed to ring me up walked into the back (all my food was ready and sitting there), took a bite of food and came back out chewing while he rang me up.

The lack of leadership or oversight of the workers here was disturbing. Very disappointing in what was a past favorite for our family.

Manager probably shouldnt be having a meeting/conflict with an employee at the front table next to the line filled with customers. Unprofessional. Felt bad for the employee. Shouldnt have been done infront of other employees or customers.

I’m really upset with this place. I ordered a tofu burrito because I don’t eat red meat. It makes me sick. I was halfway through the burrito when I realized it was ground beef. The beef was hidden in the rice and beans. I looked at the slip and while my name was on the takeout bag, someone else’s name was on the burrito. I called them and they refunded my order, but now not only am I still hungry, but I have a fun evening of being sick ahead of me. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up at this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
