Moe's Southwest Grill, Allentown PA

Food is good and fresh, staff was friendly, always smiling and very helpful. My only complaint Is the old gas container used for tip. It smells like gas. I smelled gas as soon as I got in line. I started coughing by the time I got to my car. I believe it would be a good idea to find another tip jar. This is a nice friendly place.

ABSOLUTELY TRASH. I LOVE MOES FOOD WHEN ITS MADE CORRETLY. HOWEVER THIS SPECIFC FRANCHISE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE! They constantly try to cut corners on food. A stack is the tortilla, cheese, hard shell, ingredients from customer, hard shell and cheese. I walked out just now! Not 2 min ago as I write this.
This just happened. Walked in, said 2 orders, 1 burrito and 1 stack. I said beef only. No rice no beans on both. First she said we don't have beef. Then another lady comes out the back area and says it's ok. She pulls out a pan of beef from a hot box behind counter. She puts 1 shell on my stack no cheese. Puts half of a scoop on each, then I ask for qeuso I said yes I know an extra charge that's ok. So she puts on both. She said ok what's on the stack. I said cheese, lettuce, regular tomatoes, sour cream and Chipotle ranch. She proceeds to put on the toppings except cheese. She say anything else I said cheese. She said that's last. I said cheese. She said is that it I said cheese goes on bottom and top. CHEESE. SHE SAID THAT IT. I WALKED OUT. SHE REFUSED TO ADD ANYTHING AND MADE A SMALL STACK AS IF IT WAS OK. It was missing cheese top and bottom and the other hard shell. That is my order I know how it's made by heart. The other moes in the area do it exactly right and it's very good. This moes! Cuts corners on portions, and still charges full price. This is the 3rd time something has happened to me at this location! Corporate needs to step in and either retrain or replace the franchise owner. Stop short changing your customers. I pay full price and I want what I pay for!

Love this moe’s! The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. Definitely going to come back here and going to bring friends with me!

Every-time I order here I am welcomed and greeted. The staff was responsive to dietary restrictions and the food looked fresh and definitely appetizing. The menu has so many options compared to Chipotle that it makes a bowl or burrito from there seem elementary almost. The restaurant is well lit and clean. Salsa bar is a nice touch and would recommend adding their fresh cut limes to the complimentary chips. Oh, and the queso made me come back.

This establishment doesn’t have customers in mind. They try to save money any way they can. The process of redeeming awards is a struggle every time. They try to play dumb and say “it’s online only” when it’s clearly not. Do not go here if you want to be taken care of.

This moes is slacking, half scoop of chicken? Come on now. Too expensive, not that good, not enough food.

Delicious food but could do without having an NBC biased news channel on while eating there

Good experience the best. Very good place and nice and clean. Smiles and positive and friendly. Two woman are great at there jobs and manager is so nice.

The staff was so nice, two girls was working in line, both the girls was nice and friendly, all the staff with proper uniform. I will come back soon for delicious food

Undesirable food, and too expensive for mediocre food.could be good if staff were to make sure meat and toppings were up to par. Rice? Overcooked. Pork? Burnt. Topping? Not fresh. Came here because Moe's is hyped up to be better than chipotle. I think I'll stick to chipotle.

Buyer beware! Staff and management is extremely rude and will refuse to refund you for their errors.

Ordered delivery yesterday, order was missing multiple items or items incorrect. Moe’s requires all refunds to be processed through the store and can not be handled by corporate.

When I called the store the employee first attempted to blame the Uber Eats delivery (pretty sure Uber eats is not pouring sodas and stealing sides of sour cream,) when I explained it was her error, the employee increased their aggression and told me “I don’t have time for this. Im busy. ” And hung up on me. I called back two more times and the same employee did the same thing.

I called back the next day. The manager answered the phone and stated “we will refund you whenever we have time. ” And hung up me again! This is not isolated employee issue, this is a management and ownership issue.

Hanging up on customers when YOU are in the wrong is insulting. I will never order from ANY Moe’s again after this horrible experience. Based on Yelp reviews this is a common issue at this store, and corporate Moe’s turns a blind eye as “all moe’s locations are independently owned. ” Sorry Moe’s corporate. Your name is on the building… you’re to blame as well.

Chipotle is right up the street. Maybe slightly more money, but better quality and certainly a friendlier staff.

Place was fine before, but seems to under new management. Don't expect to get a normal sized homewrecker. Mine was certainly well below normal size. The workers don't seem to care and they have a hard time understanding what you are saying causing you have to repeat yourself. Overall not even close to the best Moes experience I've ever had. I'll look to avoid this location in the future.

We had our food delivered to our office. We had 3 separate orders with our names but paid with 1 credit card. Each one of us was suppose to get our own chips and salsa. Well turned out when they delivered it they put some chips in 1 bag to share (wasnt enough) and 3 salsa little containers. I got the homewrecker burrito with chicken and it literally had like 5 peices of chicken in it. I called the store spoke with a Danny Patel who said he was the manager. He told me next time I needed to use 3 separate cards even though the orders had names on them. They would not come back out towmdeliver the other 2 bags of chips. He told me we will not deliver it. What type of service is that. Never will I order from there again. Barrito was cold and its like eating a rice burrito. Terrible and being cheap that they would serve the chips in separate bags. Will never order here again will stick with Chipotle.

I had stopped in today after an appointment next door. I went to use the restroom to wash my hands before I ordered and a lady came running out of the office telling me the restroom is out of order unless your a customer which at that point she didn’t ask if I was ordering yet, then she proceeded to get a little nasty when I said I was going to get take out before this, so she said I can’t use the restroom and need to leave. After about 2-3 minutes of her telling me that it is unsafe for me to come in and use restroom it was ok if I was a customer. I did wash my hands and got something to go. The guy that made my order apologized for what happened but it wasn’t his fault, also there was no one in the store and they were not busy so I don’t understand why you would want to do this to a customer which you actually need, I have ordered from DoorDash prior to this time but will now be ordering elsewhere.
Hopefully they go out of business with that attitude and how they treat a customer

Went in order a bowl and there was barely anything on, chips bags was a barely enough

We order a Chicken homebrecker burrito and if it has 3 piece of chicken it was to much the whole burrito was just rice and beans and the kids mini chicken quesadillas were so small and there almost no cheese I don’t think I come back
