Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre Township PA

Love attending hockey here, first time seeing concert here and it was awesome. Only criticisms would be cost of vending, no cash accepted, and set up if concert merchandise tables. No flow, should of been located centrally rather than at one end.

Great venue for a concert. Right off the highway and easy parking. High prices but where doesn't.

Attended Billy Strings concert in one of the suites. VIP parking, ease of navigating lines, and placing of elevators made this a fantastic experience. Hosts were on top of setting up drinks and food. Highly recommend.

Organized parking, facility is clean as always, friendly staff. Great to be able to visit the arena again.

Parked easily, entered without a problem with my mobil tickets, found our seats easily, and enjoyed another great show by TSO. Very organized event.

Five stars just for hosting Billy Strings! What a show!

But really, this is a solid arena for a show. Great sightlines from just about everywhere, good sound. The upper vending has a great selection of food and drink and restroom lines weren't long at all. Security was helpful and polite. I would return, especially for Billy Strings.

Went to see the Trans Siberian Orcestra. The concert was awesome! However, we left just over an hour before the show. The line was parked far on the highway. It took over an hour to park, resulting in us being late for the show. There were many cars behind us that missed much of the show. The tie up was the $15 parking fee which wasn't advertised when we bought the tickets. Giving change or running credit cards greatly slowed down traffic into the venue. There were no problems leaving. Please let people know about the parking fee. We happen to have $15 in cash.

Saw Gabriel Iglesias live here in October, was a great show! The seating arrangement on the floor area in front of the stage was extremely tight and I was sandwhiched between two gentlemen, but the facility itself was laid out well. Parking was fantastic, they accept credit card for payment (parking for this show was $10). Was fast and orderly to get a spot. Overall nice venue!

Absolutely horrendous to enter parking lot! Only one entrance it took an hour to travel 2 blocks. We just made the show. Not sure if I would go to an event here again

Nice location, I went to a TSO concert. Staff was great and seating/show rocked!

The arena completely failed at traffic control though. 1.5 hours to get the last 1 mile because the traffic flagging team could not figure out how to direct the vehicles and signage was nonexistent.

Went to see TSO and it's a nice/ clean venue. The only issue with the entire experience is with getting into and out of the parking lot. The attendents did a great job just the layout is a tough one

Went to see Fluffy (Gabriel Iglesias). It was a great show. Arena was clean and great customer service. Decent crowd, great atmosphere.

I have to score it with a 1 star. The concert started at 3 and they continued to seat people until 3: 45. The aisle was right next to me blocking my view of the stage. Incredibly disappointing!

Great place just always packed for an event.so long lines for anything including the bathroom.

There was a healthy mix of good and bad here (part of the bad being the horrendous product the penguins are putting on the ice) so I just want to touch on a few things.

I didn't eat, but there was a Chickie and Pete's which is typically good. If they had cheesesteaks I probably would have gotten one, but I wasn't really in the mood for the crab fries. The seats were excellent. For under $100 I had 3 seats where I could practically breathe on the back of the coaches necks from the opposing team. The parking was free and we parked fairly close to the front. Process to go through security and to get the tickets read with the machines was easy and painless. The food and drink prices all seemed fairly reasonable for an arena.

So just one thing that kept this from 5 star. There was a drink that sounded fun and different.and it was bad. Maybe the other flavors were good, this was not. They had "Boozy snow cones" which I was pumped about. I got the spiked cherry cola. Unfortunately the cherry flavoring made it taste very medicinal, like Robitussin. It was a $9 drink which honestly even by bar standards isn't "that" bad, but it was upsetting to get this drink.

All in all though, solid place to catch a game.

Great experience watching Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias. Seats are not ideal for fluffy people.
