Had a wonderful time on the Jolly Trolley Holiday Tour this weekend! Santa sang Christmas songs as he toured us through the city. It was our little guy's first time meeting Santa, and it was absolutely perfect!

We rented 2 private trolleys for 57 people for a Christmas tour of Pittsburgh. The trolleys were charming, decorated for Christmas, and our drivers and guides were great!
We stopped at Mr. Roger’s overlook, Market Square/PPG Place, Mt. Washington and the creche - A route determined ahead of time with the company and myself. I highly recommend this to get in the holiday spirit!

My family and I had a wonderful time on the Jolley Trolley tour this past weekend! Santa and his elf (the trolley driver) took the sightseeing experience to the next level. My girls (6 and 2) loved answering Santa's questions and singing along with him. The tour was only an hour (which was perfect to keep their attention) and we stopped and got out at several key holiday areas in Pittsburgh. If you are looking for something fun to do during holiday season with your kids or even just some adult friends I highly recommend this tour!

This was the worst tour I’ve ever been on. I would give it zero stars if i could. This was the crews first year on trolley #322 and they definitely need to figure out the business model because hardly anything they promised.a Christmas experience, was delivered. We were told it started at 7pm, and sat at a bar until 8, from 8-9 they drive us through downtown and saw a few lights but were not allowed to get out at the most beautiful ones, we were told about things during the narration but never allowed to see them, we were taken to another bar from 9-10 and from 1005-1030pm we sat in front of an unlit Christmas tree and were told about the Christmas market that was now closed, and we couldn’t see that either, then taken back to the original bar. This was utterly disappointing and for $60 a person for me and my 6 colleagues, we all want a refund because this was not the team building and holiday experience we wanted or flew in from all over the country for.

We used Molly's Trolleys for our wedding day and it was an absolute blast! They arrived on time, had the bluetooth set up for us, and made the transportation for our photos & to the wedding truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Molly's Trolleys!

I highly recommend taking Molleys Trolleys tour! It highlighted all of the important sites to see in Pittsburgh and also included the Duquesne incline - which is a must when in Pittsburgh. Our tour guides were spectacular - Donald and Judy - they were so genuine, friendly and knowledgeable about the city. What a great experience if you have never been to Pittsburgh! (Fun fact for our trip - my family and I are from NJ and another family joined the tour also from NJ - turns out, I went to high school with the mom from that family! We both randomly booked this tour and randomly traveled to Pittsburgh! We haven't seen each other in over 25 years! It was such a fun experience!) Definitely book this tour - you will NOT be disappointed!

Fantastic tour of the city courtesy of Donald and Judy. They both had extensive knowledge of Pittsburgh, and this tour was one of the highlights of our visit to Steel City. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to thank Molly's Trolleys and you personally for making my 60th birthday such a special, memorable day. It was simply awesome. Donald the driver arrived way ahead of time, drove safe and smoothly, Rob's tour was very educational and fun at the same time, Sue's and Brittany's suggestions about stopping at Papa J's Gelato and at the Market Square worked out nicely - everything was truly enjoyed by both out-of-towners and yinzers!

We rented Molly's Trolleys for a wedding to provide transportation between the hotel, the ceremony venue and the reception venue. It was perfect! The trolley was comfortable, the driver courteous and the wait times were minimal. It was perfect for transporting 100+ guests from the ceremony to the reception so no one had to struggle with parking. Highly highly recommended! We'd definitely use them again.

I called 1 week ago requesting their handicap trolly for a specific date and reservation for 3 adults (1 in a standard W/C). I was informed by the gentleman that he would have to check the avaliability of a driver. I followed up with a call the next day and 2 days later. I still have not heard from the company regarding my request for reservations. They advertise they accommodate the handicapped and that the Duquesne Incline, which is included in the tour and can accommodate a standard size W/C, which I have. We were looking forward to taking this tour on our vacation. I still have not heard from the company, so I assume they DO NOT WANT to deal with the HANDICAPPED PUBLIC despite what the advertise!

Took a trolley tour as soon as we got to Pittsburgh for a weekend trip. It was the greatest thing we did, because we were able to see the city and get ideas of what we wanted to do. Our tour guides were so nice, informative and fun! The trolley has AC, but it wasn't overly cold. Your trolley ticket also includes a trip down the DuQuesne incline in the middle of the tour which was a pleasant surprise! Bring your camera to get a photo at the lookout! Definitely recommend.

Great tour guide and you get to see the beginning of Pittsburg how it was in the beginning.

Went on this tour with a group of 21 people! Judy was an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the area! She told many interesting stories from history too. I highly recommend. The bus driver, Michael was great too!

The tour guide and driver were expert in their knowledge and courtesy. The 1 star missing is due to the fact that there were no restrooms along the stop. A restroom stop for us older patrons would be great. I hope there are other tours. When I return I will use the service again.

This is my highlight of my visit here in pittsburgh.i suppose to take the tour bus but i was late to book thru Viator but thanks to Mollys Trolley tours! I got lucky to booked in no hassle.it surpassed my expectations.i took trolley rides in St Augustine fl but this trolley tour with Bryan was memorable.he’s very knowledgeable about the history of downtown.he’s very nice and knows how to make the tour fun and enjoying.the other extra treat was getting a ride with the incline! It’s so worth the money! The fun and the impressive service is the take away.we will def coming back on the next trip, maybe we will try haunted tour according to our tour guide during fall.
