I’ve had great experience with molyneaux in the past but would love if the store was actually opened when it says it would be.

We recently had our floors replaced and interior painting done by Molyneux home. The flooring installation went well. However when the painter came he got paint all over our brand new flooring. When we scheduled the flooring and the painting we thought it was odd to install the new flooring first, and then paint, but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. Well, we should have insisted the painting be done first because there was paint spatter all over our brand new flooring, as well as areas that were not completely painted. They did send the painter back to try and clean up some of the areas and finish the spots he missed. However my husband and I spend hours trying to remove the spatter from our brand new floor and trim. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed in the painting, especially for how expensive it was. When I did talk to customer service about the issue they did give us a small discount, however I didn't feel like it really compensated us considering how much time my husband and I had to put in after the fact to clean up. I do realize that painting is new to the company, so they may want to change things moving forward.

Molyneaux came highly recommended by an acquaintance of ours and we're in the market for new carpet for our living room, stairs, and hallway.

Setting up our in-home consult was easy. Vaughn was flexible when something came up at the last minute and rescheduled our consult for a time that better suited us without any issues.

The actual appointment was low-pressure, Vaughn and Nick were both very personable. The carpet samples that were brought to our house were perfectly in line with what we were looking for in terms of color and style, and I appreciated that Vaughn called me at the very beginning to discuss our project. It showed that he listened to me whenever we saw the actual samples.

We picked out a couple different styles and colors. Picked out our metal. Vaughn and Nick went off to the dining room after a very thorough measure which gave my wife and I time to discuss among ourselves and came back to us with a quote.

Unfortunately, all of the quotes were out of our budget for this project at this time, and we do not want to take on more financing. However, our consult was such low pressure and Vaughn was so easy to talk to I wanted to come and leave a review anyway.

Visited their showroom twice in the last 5years and both times they had unknowledgeable rude employees, it's the only store that will not let you take out a sample of flooring either.

Molyneaux is pretty expensive, but they do quality work from start to finish. I dealt with 2 sales ladies, an installation scheduler, flooring delivery guys, and flooring installation guys. All of them are actual company employees, not sub contractors. Everyone was very nice and professional! They showed up when they said they would and communicated well throughout the process.

I have to admit that I felt over $8,000 was very expensive for Shaw vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in one room (finished basement). Maybe it’s inflation? Maybe it’s supply chain issues? Maybe it’s employee costs? Whatever, it is what it is. I am fortunate and can afford it. I’m doing my part to help the country “build back better”, I guess…helping the economy and helping local business. New flooring is a want, not a need, after all!

Bottom line - If you want cheap, look elsewhere. If you want quality and have a large budget, go with Molyneaux.

Megan has done a great job of measuring and helping choose the right carpet for two rooms this year. Vaughn helped with another bedroom and kitchen flooring. The installation of all of the carpet and flooring in our ginger has been seamless.

It was such a good experience working with Malik Vincent out of the Cranberry location! He offered a wide variety of products to choose from within my budget for both flooring and carpet throughout my home. Malik proved he is very knowledgeable of the products & process and it was apparent that he cared about my design wants/needs. Malik was flexible with my availability and went out of his way to make the entire process a smooth experience for me. Malik even took time to come back to my home the day the final install was complete to ensure that everything was up to a quality standard, this really showed me the level of customer service he possesses.

The experience with Molyneaux started out well. The sales representatives that came to our house were very professional and helpful in deciding what we wanted to select for our flooring. We were given an estimate and were in the final stages of setting up the work. At the last minute before we were going to go into the store to make a final selection, I was emailed by the sales rep and told there had been a mistake and the cost would be $3600 more because there had been a computer glitch. When I tried several times to give the sales representative an opportunity to honor her original quote, she continued to just say sorry. At one point, I said that “I expected a business to honor their original quote, ” Her response was that the error was on her end and not the business’s. Like she is not part of the business. She is an employee of the company. I’m sure this is not a bad company and they do good work. Maybe this is an isolated incident, but I wanted to share my experience.

Megan Baird of Molyneaux was super patient and helpful! It took us awhile to decide on a carpet and whether we wanted to go through with the carpet buying process now because we would be doing flooring in the whole house! She didn’t hound us for a decision and when we had questions months later, she jumped on them immediately. She came out a couple of times to show us samples, so we knew exactly what we were getting. We ultimately decided to go with Molyneaux for our flooring needs because they were competitively priced and Megan made us calmed any worries we may have had about the installation process. We already have Megan/Molyneaux planning to come back out to look at our basement flooring! The installation process went smooth and we would definitely use Molyneaux again!

Tim was fantastic very helpful and knowable of their products. He took the time to explain the difference in all the carpet and flooring.

We needed 5 rooms, a long hallway and steps re-carpeted and chose Molyneaux based on their reputation. It was a very good decision. From Megan's sales knowledge, support and fair pricing to Daniel's excellent work and crew in removal of the old carpet and professional installation of the new, we were very pleased with the entire experience. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I was in desperate need of repairing my kitchen and powder room hardwood floors. A friend suggested I contact Molyneaux in Cranberry Twp, PA. The sales rep, Megan Baird, was so friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and services. She brought several samples to my home and, together, we selected a color that would match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Within two weeks, my order arrived and was installed. The installers were professional, wore masks, and took their shoes off to enter my home. I am more than thrilled with the job they performed. They had both rooms completely done within three hours. They even cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a wide-plank, floating floor; and it has made my kitchen and powder room look absolutely beautiful. Megan also followed up after they were done completing the job, to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Molyneaux, if you are considering replacing your flooring of any type.

Great company to work with. They were able to work with us for a quick turnaround time. The carpet was installed by a great crew who’s number one concern was my happiness. Our salesman, Steve Porter, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product he was offering. Highly recommend!

If you want to have a great experience from start to finish give them a call! Steve Porter was professional yet not pushy at all! He helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our kitchen remodel! Very personal and you felt valued as a customer. We will be using Molyneux again in the future! A+ service!

I used Molyneaux for carpet and flooring. Steve Porter was easy to work with and is responsive even after install. I love my new flooring. It took a few weeks to get install done. This may be due to the current health emergency. I would purchase from them again.

Had a wonderful experience working with Terri. This was our first carpeting experience. She made it easy to learn about different densities, colors, and materials. Great service from selection until purchase. Would return to Molyneaux for future projects!

Terri Mattock, the Salesperson from Molyneaux Cranberry, was very professional, responsive and friendly throughout our search for the right carpet. She came to our house with numerous samples and was very helpful and patient throughout our decision making process.
I was told a date my carpet would be installed and they arrived on time that day.
The installers were very professional and completed the job in the time that they had estimated.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

We recently worked with Stephanie Wagner at Molyneaux to update carpeting in our new home. I was impressed with how responsive they were in scheduling our in-home appointment and based on a pre-appointment phone call, she was prepared in bringing a wonderful variety of samples that were in-line with our decor. She was also very prompt in providing a follow-up quote the same day! We were thrilled with the final installation as well, as the various installers were professional and thorough.
