Just got my prom pictures taken. Don't know anything about quality yet as the images are still pending, but he was a very nice guy and treated all of us rather professionally.

I had a gorgeous prom dress from my junior prom. Wore it for my senior photos and they made me sit on this rusty, old car. The whole dress snagged and was ruined. Horrible experience and they were creepy and rude toward me. The son who took over the business is totally disrespectful toward their ‘models’. Overly edited photos for way too high of prices. Go elsewhere, seriously.

I had a day set up for my senior photos and I gave them my cell to make sure that if anything changed, they could call me to let me know. I gave them my email so I could get my receipt as I had to put down a deposit to save my spot for the day, but I told them not to email me for anything else because I rarely check it. Keep in mind, I had this booked for almost 2 months. I get to the studio, excited because their work looks really good! Only to find it locked and a sign on the door saying "On location today". I checked my texts, calls, and my email for something telling me to reschedule and I didn't see anything. When I called the next day, they made a huge issue out if it saying that they emailed me and I never responded. So once again I went back through and didn't see an email from them. Then it turned into an "oh we called you and you hung up on us! " But why would I do that when I had the store number saved? Totally unhappy with their store and I won't be recommending them to anyone.
