Club Monaca Turners reviews
14 Went there for a meeting. Smoking is allowed and I couldn't wait to leave.
Need better ventilation.
I was a vendor at a craft show held in the Monaca Turners building 4/23/23 and it seemed like a very nice building. The food sold by the kitchen throughout the event was tasty and prepared quickly. The room the show was in was a good size. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. It has a large parking lot with easy access to the main entrance which made unloading and teardown very easy. It was a very nice event space. I would absolutely recommend it to others looking for an event space.
We attended a "Night at the Races" fundraiser and had a blast! The food was excellent, especially the BBQ wings. The place was packed so the only issue was parking, the lot filled up fast. Overall a great place to have an event.
Nicest people waited on us. Shrimp dinners are always awesome! The price beats most others in the township!
They offer all kinds of activity there
Rooms to rent for parties, bingo
Nice people, easy entry for the handicap and bathrooms handicap equipped
It was open to the public for a New Years Eve party. Otherwise you have to be a member to be apart of the club. The band was a very good band as always. That was the reason I went. They have food and drinks for everyone to enjoy! I had a good time!
3 stars but only because they are a place that still allows their members to smoke inside and I'm not a fan of the smoke smell but that's just me. Other than that it seems like a place that is well kept and frequently attended
Great little spot.
They usually have specials.
And members have lots of activities.
Like bowling
Not sure where to start. The wedding was AMAZING! BUT. The wedding (Thank God) wasn't planned by M-T'S.
We were at a table of 6 at "TABLE # 1" at a wedding of 75.1st we received a salad that was half frozen. YES, THAT'S RIGHT, FROZEN! And then SOAKED in Storebought 7 Seas Italian Dressing I can only guess considering the taste without any other choices. Soggy and sad. Then. My wife's and my "Stuffed Chicken" were dry beyond edible and French cut Green beans that tasted like the can they came in were slimy and tasteless. AMAZINGLY, the woman sitting directly to my wife's left, AT THE SAME TABLE, was served cold green beans and RAW, not "undercooked" but RAW PURPLE chicken! The Baked Potato was edible as they provided excess amounts of butter and sour cream.
The servers were good. The bartender was VERY engaging and knowledgeable.
I get that no body goes to a wedding for the food but. Come on man! You knew you were hosting a wedding for an Executive Chef and this is what you presented? SHAME ON YOU!
Bottom line, GREAT VENUE! RENT the hall, FIRE the kitchen!
My wedding reception was just here. The staff just simply didnt seem to even want to be there. Very negative and unfriendly. Throughout the process we were continually prompted to change our services. One word responses to our email inquiries, kitchen ladies smoking in the bar then handling food. 1970's wood bowls held the soggy over dressed salad that had no veggies in it, plates being carted out on a rickety cart instead of waiter trays. 95% of the stuffed chicken was so over cooked it shredded. It was tasteless and placed next to canned green beans that were actually gray in color. The other 5% of the chicken was undercooked and a few of our guests got sick. You truly get what you pay for. Thank God the night was perfect and nobody will remember the negative things. Won't be back.
Great place for fish fry on Fridays. Kitchen open on Monday and Friday only. Food is excellent!
Got take out from here for the fish dinner. Great value, confusing pick up, but it coulda been just that it was my first time there.
