I went there as a guest and received terrible customer service from the staff. The bartender was very rude when I asked for a glass of water and I saw she was being rude with other people as well. I asked another staff member where is the restroom and she said “no English”. It’s a shame that such a beautiful venue got ruined from such bad service. I would not recommend anybody to host an event here.

I hosted my 50th birthday party at this location on Oct 1st, 2022. Don't be fooled by the pictures you see on their site. I am typically not someone who posts feedback on social media. I had to do this due to the bad experience from the owner of this venue. The owner of this place Jessica, is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and I learned lacks business savvy skills when dealing with a client. The execution and delivery on the details was EXTREMELY POOR. What was discussed with the owner of the business (Jessica) during the planning a lot was not delivered around setup. We complained and then they rectified some during the event. It shouldn't have had to come to this especially when you are paying for a service and experience. When I raised the issue to the owner, she was very dismissive and has not apologized. From my experience, it looks like they treat small clients bad and don't care based on the response I received from Jessica. Be careful if you decide to pick Monaco Events venue. Make sure to document and follow-up via email everything you have discussed so at least you can have a legal recourse if they don't meet what was discussed on the contract. I am telling you, they DON'T CARE. She sent me pictures of the setup for my event and said everything looked nice and she was not there for setup to see the things that were setup. The balloons looked hideous. She put an armature team to setup my event. The owner thinks it's her perspective that matters. It's the client's perspective that matters. I am not sure how she can sustain this type of attitude in the long run. After this experience I had, I personally would not recommend this place to anyone primarily because they don't care about the customer details discussed and what's in the contract. They are going to do what they want to do irrespective of what you ask. It is still shocking as to what happened. I suspect, there are other people who may have received poor service like me. I was sold a bill of goods by Jessica. Please DON'T BE FOOLED with pictures of the events you see. Look beyond the picture and focus on the details on how they are going to execute so you don't get the same surprise I did. Remember all that glitters is not gold.
