They do not fulfill their contract on time. The workmanship is very poor quailty.
Customer service representatives are rude and do not rely message to project managers.

This will be our third summer with our Monogram pool and we would it all over again with them if we ever move to a new house. From day one, Tony was instrumental not only helping where to place our pool, but he made the process so much easier by directly working with both our homeowners association and our township in getting all of the approvals and permits necessary. There are no hidden costs with Monogram. What they quote you is what you pay, and what you get, is a hassle free experience, quality service, and a BEAUTIFUL pool! They helped us choose our slide, stone, and pool colors. They even helped to direct and coordinate our landscaping package and our stamped concrete decking. It was all orchestrated so well, there was no downtime, and it was a smooth experience from beginning to end. The new saltwater pools are SO much easier to maintain than the old pool I grew up with! The vacuum runs for three hours on is own and climbs and scrubs the walls, steps, and doesn’t miss a spot! We opted for the full service package which allows Monogram to monitor our pool and know if there are any issues or problems remotely. We also have an iPhone controlled pool, where we can turn on the hot tub, heat the pool, turn on the lights, and start the waterfall all by a quick touch on my phone or iPad. Very happy. Lehigh Valleys #1 pool company for a reason!

The best thing we ever did was build a pool with this company. Great people to work with. They build a fabulous pool and helped customize it to our liking. So many great features you can add. The water slide was a must have for us and Monogram did a Super job on the Rock Waterfall and slide. My kids love it! Also they have Fountains which my kids love! We get compliments on the Fountains every time. And they have lights going through them so at night it is just like a Resort! My backyard is my favorite place in the Summer. Thanks Monogram!

When you receive white glove service, you remember it. This is exactly what I experienced when I hired Monogram Custom Pools to install my pool. From the initial meeting with Tony, he and his team made sure that I was 100% satisfied every step of the way. Dawn was great as she showed my wife and I many pools that Monogram had finished so we could narrow down our choices. But no matter how certain you are when you make your final choices, a project like this will inevitably change some of those choices as the project evolves. The team at Monogram continued to impress me with how dedicated they were to making me 100% happy with my new pool.

The summer of 2015 was our first summer with the pool. Wow! When they say maintenance free, its accurate. I couldn't begin to tell you anything about "Chemicals" that go into pools, because I spent a full summer and never did anything except put the "robot" cleaner in the pool to do its job.

I am a very proud owner of a Monogram Custom Pool. The entire process was flawless. Everything from being granted a variance by the township (which Monogram handled) through site work and installation, to the vast enjoyment we’ve experienced with our family and friends in our pool.

I was told the Monogram Pool was “hassle free” and it has been exactly that. My biggest maintenance issue is adding a bag of salt after we get large amounts of rain.
