Awesome service, Friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I came without an appointment and Mark fit me in and my Nissan was in good hands. I liked that the Manager Mark treated me with respect and not like some places do women. My brakes were in serious need of replacement and they showed me why I needed an alignment. The wear on my tires was shown to me and I'll be back there to get those too.

Mark was a.great guy but the online tire quote I got was 100 dollar difference when I got there was unbelievably upset should be price i was quoted n a discount for the major inconvenience I was given

I have been coming to this particular monro for 18 years for all my basic car needs. Mark and Brian always take care of me. If you are a female driver, you wont get swindled here. Customer service above and beyond. Many times, I have called this shop over the phone for general second opinions. Both Mark and Brian have went out of their way to give me accurate advice. I will use no other shop for basic car needs.

Scheduled an online appointment and when I showed up, I was told that there was not an appointment for me and they tried to email and call me, however there was no email (inbox and spam checked) and I had no missed calls or voicemails. I asked what number was called and the manager was unable to provide it.

Mark behind the counter was really helpful along with having great manners. One of those laid back people who take the time to listen to what you’re saying and not rush you in and out, or treat you like you’re wasting their time. Real good communicator. Plus, I got a great deal on my service. Will definitely return next time I’m in need of service on either of my vehicles.

If you take a coupon in they still manage to turn a $14.99 oil change into a $28 oil change. The Managers reason was “the oil went up in price yesterday”.

No hassles, got done what needed done at a reasonable price. The techs were awesome and friendly as well.

First time going there, but definitely going back if I need anything, professional service, keepe updated with the progress they were making, took my Jeep in to be aligned and the first go around steering was off a hair, they brought it in cause it wasn't good enough to them and made it perfect, thanks fellow highly recommended

I've gone here for an inspection, oil change, and tire repair. The gentlman at this location are extremely pleasant, honest, and knowledgeable. They look to save you money and hassle. Reasonably priced and very trustworthy. Will be a long time customer. Thank you for your help and great work!

I dealt with a few different Monro's and by far this is the best. The only place I can go to for a simple oil change and they don't try to take me across. Especially being a female. I may pay more than $20 compared to most places but they care about me not the money.

I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation on 13-APR-2018 and had an 08: 00 appointment. My vehicle was promptly brought into the garage by Technician Clay Yeager at 08: 00 and he had all that work completed in less than an hour. Since I had to wait while the vehicle was being worked on, I appreciated the quickness and quality of work performed. There are other Monroe shops closer to where I live however I choose to drive the extra mileage mainly because of Manager Steve Miller. It would be wise for other Monroe Managers to pattern their style after Mr. Miller's. I can't say enough good things about this Monroe shop. Keep up the excellent work ethic.
