After being charged $51 for an oil change, my check engine light comes on. I take my car back to see if they could look at it and they tell me to take it to the dealership which is 2 hours away. Overpriced and unprofessional. I will never go back.

We received courteous, professional, & efficient & very accommodating service from the employees at Monro Auro Service, when we had to have a tire replaced unexpectedly in the middle of a long road trip. I highly recommend this business!

Got new break pads, rotor, tire sensor, and alignment on my toyota camry for alot less than I expected. Took about 3 hours from diagnostics to me driving away. They will always have my business.

Wonderful service. Got a flat on a 16 hour road trip and they didn’t have my tire in stock so the supervisor drive 1.5 hours to grab a tire from another location. Everyone was so nice and got me on my way in a timely fashion! Very impressed.

Doug and Rich are phenomenal. I got stuck on a long road trip and they fit me in on a busy Saturday and worked on my car so I could be on my way. You should definitely bring your car there for service!

We brought in our car to have a flat tire repaired. From the moment we pulled in without an appointment to the time we drove away with our patched tire, the experience was outstanding! The level of service we received was amazing, and our accidental experience has turned us into devoted customers!

Very efficient! Rich was fantastic! Got a flat in the middle of the night, first calls as soon as they opened were able to help us, replaced our tire, balanced the wheel and gave great service! Highly recommend! Thanks for the help

My car was shaking horribly. Monro said they couldn’t find anything wrong and recommended balancing the tires to see if it would help. I said OK and asked they align it if it was necessary. They supposedly did both tasks, but my car still shook a lot. A friend then recommended Auto Undertaker. I took my car there and it turns out I had a bent rim, 3 busted tire belts & one tire shaped like an egg. Why did Monro say they couldn’t find anything wrong when there clearly was? I don’t recommend Monro at all. They overcharge and take advantage of people (particularly women) who don’t know much about cars. Go down the road to Auto Undertaker. They are much more reasonably priced and are honest.

Hi, I drove from michigan going to N. J.my wheel bearing got destroyed and was an emergency customer.
I was so stressed! They told me they were busy and would try and squeeze me. But with in minutes they took my car for a test drive and had my car up in the air very quickly finding out my problem was a very bad wheel bearing.

The guy ordered my parts and I did not have to wait days for it to arrive.
Meanwhile they were all very friendly and shared different stories with me.
The part had gotten so hot that it melted on to the other piece, making it very very difficult to come off.
I was so thankful for this friendly place that squeezed me in and was able to do everything in one day.
I give this place a five star and would encourage anyone who needed an oil change, breaks or tires to come to Monoro's.

Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change, the confirmed my appt I showed up ten minutes early and went in. No one was in sight, then i heard a phone go off and i saw someone standing in the shop. He completely ignored me, didnt ask me why I was there, just continued to stand there and then I looked again and he was gone, assumed he was gonna come out and asked what I wanted, waited 5 more minutes, then i just left. Obviously they didnt want to do an oil change, I'll continue going to express oil change or plylers, complete waste of time there

Blown away by the service from Rick and his team. On our way from NJ to MI to visit very sick relative and stopped in Dubois. Car was handling terribly (alignment) and right front tire went completely flat and was ruined. Picked these guys because it’s near Perkins where we were stopping for lunch. Very lucky pick. They offered rides to and from Perkins, and didn’t have needed tire in stock so went out to pick it up for us. Had us out in three hours. I can’t say enough about the service —this could have been much much worse for us than it turned out because of how much these guys went above and beyond. If you have car issues and are in the area, go here.

Great, amazing fast service. After new management (Rich), is a great guy. Willing to help and talk and very respectful. The two mechanics that were there, I believe Rick and Scott were the names, beyond just kind. They broke Down everything for me between cost and parts, labor etc. Definitely would recommend Monro to friends and family.

If i could give -5 stars i would, there was nothing wrong with a car that would lose power in the middle of the road, failed to tell me my head gasket was going and that there was build up on the cap and rim of oil. Then when i went back to ask about it they said it was on my paper work and no its not.

Always use this shop. Things have gotten so much better the past year. Wonderful turn around in management.

The service was absolutely horrible. Made my appointment on line. When I arrived.to drop off my vehicle inwas told.the appointment was rescheduled until the next day.inwaited most of.the day for a call and waited until almost closing. When. I arrived back i.was told my car had been done and did not pass inspection. The reason provided was that the vehicle did not have a proper bumper. This vehicle was made in 1999 and remained in the same condition as when it was driven off the lot. The mechanic was not able to explain why it passed inspection 19 other times without issue. I still had to pay the inspection fee despite the fail. I took the vehicle to another garage which passed it without issue.

Can in to get a new tire the gentleman was kind and nice akd very helpful. They were amazing about getting me in and changing my tire and was on my way within half hours.great place I would recommend this shop to anyone and all my friends and family:)

This place is the best garage in the area. The customer service can not be surpassed. Thet are cordial and friendly. I have come in mutiple times for a flat tire and patched at no cost and clips on to hold my splash guard for free when i hit something. If my car can make the hour drive here to get fixed it does.
