On Christmas Day as we were Driving the Muffler Fell Low and was scrapping. Dec 26th we drove to Monro and they took care of us Immediately. New Muffler and it wasn't budget busting 1 day after Christmas. Jason and Team you all are amazing! A true community blessing I recommend your facility 100%

Our SUV had a flat tire on I-78 near Allentown at around 5: 30 in the morning, a mere hour and a half into our 15-hour drive to Atlanta from New Jersey. After calling our insurance company for road assistance in replacing our tire with the spare donut, we proceeded to nearby Monro since they open early. A few minutes before their official opening time of 7: 30 am, Darrell examined our tire and said it was repairable, so he quickly went into action. He was soon done in almost no time, and after remounting the tire, helping stow the spare underneath the SUV, and doing a little chit-chatting, he said "you're good. "

Store manager Darrell Donelan is very cordial and friendly. I had a damaged tire and he personally replaced it, Fast service highly recommended.

Took my car in for inspection last month not a single person said my tires were going to eventually need to be replaced. Now a month later I’m told that all my tires were going bad. What’s the point of inspecting a car if you’re not going to tell a person that their car may need something. Why waste peoples time when it could be all done the same day.

I went in to get my car looked at to see if my brakes needed to be replaced again and one of the workers named Jason Gomez really helped me so much! Great customer service, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable!

I came on Monday the 25th for an oil and filter change, he told me that he could not attend me that I had to make an appointment, it was scheduled for today 1 Nov at 2: 30, I have been here since 2: 12 and it is 2: 50 have the doors closed and there are several cars outside but they do not open the door to serve me

They were able to fit me in for an oil change and inspection on short notice, and had me in and out in a timely manner. Excellent service, friendly people.

I was on my way to Scranton for work and my low tire pressure light came on while on the NE Extension. Not a good sign. Fortunately, I was near a rest stop to put air in the tire. However, that wasn't going to work without the tire being plugged. I looked up the closest tire shop and Monro was the place. I stopped in near the end of their day and they had me up and running in no time. I greatly appreciate their effort to help me. Folks, these are the places we want to take our car to for maintenance. Good work and good people!

Great customer service, friendly staff, Darrell the store manager is the best! I went in for a flat tire and he had out of there with in minutes.

Went to the shop to get front pads installed on my car and found out I needed rotors too. Daryl explained very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier with the work.

Jason, and Dwayne were very helpful with any situation I had. I extremely liked the fact that the garage was very well kept and the business aspect of it was that much better. I would highly recommend this garage for any car service you would need.

Manager is pretty knowledgeable and the service is snappy. Even if you have to wait for your car's work to be done, rest assured it'll be done correctly and problem free.

The service here is amazing they are all hard workers I have come in to get an inspection and the service was very speedy also I would like to point out that for a mechanic shop with only three workers they are doing amazing job with getting cars out on time because they be slammed. My favorite location of Monroe by far. The atmosphere is also very clean nd they are very friendly Darrel is my favorite amazing manager good guy
