Wonderful place and great service. Can't say enough good things especially about John. They stand by their products and go above and beyond to help customers even if they came from another location originally. Lesson learned and I will be back to this location from no on whenever I need anything. Thanks again for getting me in today, ordering and getting my tire in a few short hours and having me out of there quick. Couldn't be happier thanks guys!

Monro auto is the closes auto repair shop near my house and they have been very nice in the part but not anymore. You need a auto repair shop when you have car trouble and you need to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Sunday January 15th 2022, my car was showing law tire pressure and it needed to be inflated and calibrated and I went to Monro Auto, the guy at the counter said they do not have equipment to calibrate a Volvo, I realize that he does not know that Volvo Calibration is done with the menu system in the CAR. Then he said he doe not have time to inflate the tire but to come on Monday.probably he does not know that tire inflation will not take more that 10-15 minutes.

Then I went to Jack Williams at Stefko Blv, Bethlehem, they seems to be more busier than Monro, but the guy at the counter was very funny and told me should not drive with law pressure because it can impact the life span of the tire and immediately took care of my tires and did the calibration,

but the most interestingly did not charge me anything.

That is called best customer service, Where will I go for my car repairs in the future,

If you ever need work done on your car, please come to Monroe on Easton Ave. John is super helpful and professional. I had to have my oil pan replaced, I dropped it off before work and it was all ready to go by the time I was done. Excellent customer service!

I went to get an oil change at the Easton avenue location in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and the service was never done but I got charged for it. The reason I know it was never done is because when I went to Firestone to get something checked on the tire, they informed me the car had little to know oil on the oil stick. What’s more is they found their own filter still in place from the previous oil change I had done with Firestone.

I’ve had great service and interaction here. Clear communication and has my vehicle ready as promised. I started to take my families cars there too!

John is very professional. He made the process very efficient for me and my client. He will be my go to for now on. Thanks John.

The store owner, John, was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, honest and did all he could to help me. He took care of my problems quickly at a fair price - who could ask more?

I went to get an oil change an it was done quickly n right best service I had. Austin n John were very polite n professional. I will be back for more work

Avoid this place my grandmother that is 81 years old went there and had 2 belts replaced each belt is $18 a belt at advance auto parts. They charged her $88 a belt I know there is a mark up but this is crazy $88 for a $18 belt. I will be reporting this company stay away.

This place really helped me out after having an unexpected flat right before a holiday weekend. I work long hours this weekend, and they were willing to squeeze me in last minute so I didn’t have to be driving around on a donut until Monday or Tuesday. They absolutely didn’t have to put themselves out for me the way they did, but they did a quick, fantastic job & earned themselves a regular customer!

Amazing and so helpful. My car was overheating and instead of overcharging us (which is easy to do since I’m clueless) he ran some tests and didn’t even charge us.

Had a nail in my tire last night. Called them this morning and explained the situation and they let me come in to get a plug and then help mount the tire. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Austin was a great to start my car journey, very personable as well the other gentlemen Sean and Justin who also helped out with my car, I was in and out within the hour.

Came in for an inspection on 3/3/21 and asked them to look at the rear wheel bearings since they were making a lot of noise, and I knew they needed to be replaced soon. Had the inspection done, and got a quote for the bearings for $477. I was told if I wanted to proceed with the repair, they'd need a few days to order the part. I called a week and a half later to schedule the repair, which was scheduled for today, 3/22/21 at 10AM. The guy at the front desk thought I had an oil change scheduled. I said no, I scheduled for the rear wheel bearings to be replaced. He asked me if I had the part.no, I do not have the part. Why would I have the part? They bring my car in, and then 10 minutes later he says there was a "miscommunication" and that they can't do the repair because the part needs to be ordered and it takes 2-3 days to arrive. A part that should have been ordered when I scheduled the repair a week ago. Furthermore, they then told me the entire rear wheel assembly needs to be replaced, at a cost of $808, plus a required alignment of $125. So, you guys are either extremely incompetent, didn't really look at the car the first time, or are now trying to upsell me after screwing up and calling it a miscommunication.

Oh, and if you don't want to wear a mask around your shop, fine. Wear a mask in your customer's car. Two different guys drove my car maskless.

This place is incredible unprofessional. I will never come here again.
