Called and made an appointment a few days before for a flat tire, nobody asked me what size or anything come to the appointment and it still took 2 hours to change one single tire, they only had one of the tires in stock. Asked if I could get my tires rotated and was told they are too bad to rotate.upon leaving I still had to go put air in my tires. Makes sense

Went to get an inspection, ended up having to get my brake drums replaced. Not sure what happened in the process, they lost a relay switch and had to keep calling back for the part THEY were supposed to replace and I called everyday to see if he ordered it his response multiple times were “I forgot to order it”. After leaving without my relay switch, my brake lights would not turn off. Finally got the piece from him, ended up putting it on myself and fixing my own brake lights even though they were fine before I brought it here. I’ve washed my hands with this place and won’t go back and won’t recommend. 0/10

My grandmother went there for a SCHEDULED appt. Basically just mounting tires and a rotate. My family has been using them for over a decade, so we expected decent service. After over 3 hours they call her and tell her that they cannot find her wheel lock and they could not do the repair. 3 HOURS LATER! This wheel lock was in the glove box where it belongs, I just had done brakes a month ago on it and I know that the lock was in its correct spot in the glove box. She checked as I had her do when she dropped it off and IT WAS THERE.
I know they wouldn't steal the lock key being that it only fits her older vehicle. BUT They refuse to tell the truth, Seems that they may have lost it or dropped it somewhere. I went in and asked the manage and he seem to not give a care about it and basically blamed my grandmother. This is a shame for this business and honestly nothing I wouldn't expect with the crew that they hire. Not calling them thieves, just LIARS and FRAUDS!

Very pleasant places and very Professional people. My son-in-law called around different places to get me in fast because I clipped a curb he knows about tires and knew it needed fix before the tire blew Monra Auto Service was about to get us in fast which I Thank them and my Son-in-Law so very much! I need a Oil Change very soon I definitely will be going to them!

Always a pleasant environment when entering the shop. The workers are professional and well trained. Never a problem with anything I’ve had done on any of our cars. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Been dealing at Monro for a long time, store manager Rob and technician Chuck have not only treated me and my vehicle like their family were going to be riding in them never had any issues. Great service, promises kept, and never had to go back for anything ever done

The produce buyer for this store does an amazing job. The meat counter is excellent, great service and prices. We love this store.

UPDATE: Paid for catalytic converters to be replaced on my 2017 Explorer. Discovered front cat was NOT replaced, after a month of chasing this location to make good or I was seeking the local magistrate to step in the location (and regional manager) woke up and PAID a local FORD dealership to do the job I paid Monroe to complete. I even lodged a complaint with corp Monroe ZERO reply. No one would get back to me until I advised shop manager I was enroute to magistrate. Keep receipts and always verify with your own eyes when work is or is not completed.
Buyer beware and would NOT trust this repair chain.

Even better ask your customer service rep @ corp named " Taz" [rude, and not a good representative of your organization], to pull the incident report # 386599. That I asked and NEVER was given the respect to get a call OR your regional director who I asked store 2x to have the guy call me and never got a call back. And I expect upper management or an owner to call me, not customer service.

2.19.22- Found out the weld Monroe performed on my muffler expander failed- (this repair was before above cat catastrophy) they put a patch of jb weld over there shotty weld job. It has now fallen off. Another local garage diagnosed issue. Taking now to another muffler shop local to properly fix.

NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT 3 MONTH AFTER MY REQUESTING

3.29.22- Cat 2 I paid them to " replace", I found out not only did they not replace it, they broke off lugs on the current 1. Will not forgot the song and dance I was told about " it took all day to drill and tap" the new one on from them.all bs.

Bottom line folks lots of local auto shops I highly recommend.

I had muffler go bad an with this pandemic wasn't sure if I get in right away but I called this store got in right away manager was polite an friendly told me how long it take they didn't have the parts for my car but he get them while there had them change my oil as well it took a little over an hour to take care of both.nice store I got back there if I needed something else fixed

Jessie helped me with my engine oil issues. Took my in last minute, was quick and knowledgeable. It’s nice to find honest, hardworking and knowledgeable mechanics. Thanks for your help

They give you an appointment time and then it takes them over 3 hours past that time to even do your inspection. What's the point in saying a certain time if it's going to be hours past that before they even look at anything?

Great service! Bob was honest and thorough in providing excellent service. Called store with flat tire on PA Turnpike on a late Saturday afternoon. Took great care of our car when we arrived, and telephone quote was right on the dollar! Recommend.

Had an emergency while visiting family. Even though they were backed up, they got us right in. Very much appreciated especially when we had 500 miles to drive back home! Also friendly employees. A little pricy but expected for an emergency.

Had an appointment at 10am Monday. Dropped my car off Sunday night for a 45 minute alignment and they didn't have my car done at 6PM when I went to pick it up or even call me to say it wouldn't get done. While waiting to speak with someone lady at the front desk was telling someone else they couldn't do her car as well. There is no excuse for when you make an appointment for a easy job like that. They are clearly getting over booked. Appointment setter needs trained or fired. Worst service ever! DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR SH*T TOGETHER!

My truck has never run better! So friendly if you HAVE to wait and safe if you leave it with them overnite. The best kept secret in Beaver County!

On Saturday 1/30 my car broke down and I had it towed to Monro in Beaver Falls right as it was closing time. The manager Rob got my car in right away and found that a pulley had broken. The part was not available until Monday and I had no ride home as I live over an hour away. Rob went out of his way and drove me home. Monday afternoon he called and had my car ready to pick up. Rob went so far out of his way to get me home safely. Anytime I am back in his area I am going to be sure to stop if my car needs serviced. Thank so much for not leaving me stranded so far from home.

I was at the shop with a flat tire when the manager arrive to start his day. He immediately took me in and fixed my tire so I would not be late for work. It was only my second week at my new job. I cannot thank him enough.

Made an appointment for a Wednesday, showed up and waited an hour and a half to have the front desk guy tell me that he won't be able to do it today. He said come back tomorrow at the same time and he'll take care of me. I come back the next day and he said there is no way he's gonna be able to get me in. Won't be using Monroe any longer. Thanks for wasting my time.
