I hated getting my oil changed previously. I always felt pressure to switch to something more expensive, but I wasn't genuinely informed about why I should switch.
You guys are amazing. I will come back for any of my future car needs.

These guys saved us after a very long day at work. Our truck tire got a nail in the sidewall and even though they didn't have the tire in stock they still helped us so we could make it home in one piece. I don't live in the area but I will come back with my car next time I need service on my car.

Made an appointment online. Had it confirmed. All platforms say the hours were open at this time including their own hours in their window. Show up and no one is here. My appointment was at 12: 30 so I decide to give it till 1 in case it was a lunch break or something. Nope, no one ever showed up. Not explanation on the door or anything indicating a reason to be closed. Will never give these people my business again.

usually oil change good oil hight way milles alot place souderton they charge maximum 52$ included labor.i dont know why the Monro souderton make me very upset they charge 111.11$verry crazy.im never come back that place again because very expensive im Nelson vu

Called 10+ tire shops for help with a flat tire for my riding lawn mower. They are the only one helped and did for free. Highly recommended!

Genuinely good people, that work hard, discuss things honestly and serve their community. I highly recommend this shop for their dedication to truly helping people while running the business. And others within the ecosystem, parts etc, echoed my sentiment.

If you have a car inspection do not go there they will take every advantage they have to make money your car will never pass inspection without fixing something my experience was horrible hope u will not but watch your wallet.

2 lifts open, service tech sitting on a couch told me they were to busy for an oil change, great customer service guys.

The day before my appointment I heard my rotors making noise and called the shop to see if they could look at my car earlier. They told me to come in right away and ended up doing my inspection at the same time. Everyone was very polite and informative!

DAN IS AMAZING HERE! I hit a HUGE pothole, which popped a tire AND dented the wheel pretty bad right before we were able to drive out pretty far. We were panicking about being able to get a new wheel quickly, but Dan was a TOTAL LIFESAVER! We were at the AutoZone across the street first, but they told us they wouldn't be able to get a replacement wheel in immediately, but luckily, they recommended coming here! We came in and Dan listened to my problems and was able fix them quickly and skillfully! I am eternally grateful to Dan because he really saved the weekend! Thank you so much for your service! I would defintely bring my car back here in the future!

Needed to get a tire replaced on our company EV. They were able to source and install the new tire within 2 days of inquiry.

Dan at Monroe is awesome. Due to an accident with my other car, my wife had to postpone her inspection appointment. Dan was very accommodating and fitted her in the very next day. Great service!

Terrible service book appt online to be told the next day that they are fully booked. Then tried to lie and say they sent an email saying they are booked but received no such email.

As usual superb service from mechanic Dan Monro Tires. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. He always provides me with the best service possible.
