20Took my appointment but when I got here nobody was there at all, after 20 minutes manager showed up and said no techs would be in until after 11? Went down the street to mavis tire and got the services I needed completed within an hour. Never wasting my time with these clowns again.
The service I received was excellent respectful personnel well mannered and it didn't take long at all highly pleased.
Made an appointment through their website for a state inspection for time block of 7: 30-11: 00. Got there at 8: 00 and attendant at register said the inspector doesn't come in until 10: 00. Not friendly at all and seemed like he was half asleep when I went in. Not at all helpful when I asked what should I do, either leave the car there or come back later. With the bad attitude and lack of service, I will take my business elsewhere. Suggestion: fix the pot holes all over your parking area and try repainting your parking lines. Can't even see them.
I went here to get an oil change and my car inspected and they noticed I needed 2 new tires (I kinda knew this beforehand) so I wasn’t upset they didn’t have my tires but they ordered them and they came in super quick the next day! The manger and the mechanic were very professional and helpful explaining what needed to be done and why. These guys were great and whoever owns this chain is lucky to have them they care!
Depending on when you go it can be quick, recently I went unscheduled for an inspection and was in and out in about an hour
Won’t be going back. I went in to get breaks changed. I told them I need the old pads to get reimbursed at the beginning. When everything was done the guy in front told me that it got thrown in the trash and that if I really wanted them to get in them myself. Second time I went in for an oil change. My CRV wasn’t leaking oil. I get to work and notice that I now have a leak that I didn’t have before.
These guys are great! Fast, and solid customer service. The asst mgr, Jason, was super helpful. Two thumbs up.
As always went to Monro to have my car service and the Manager Mr Greg is a great manager he try hard to take care of customer Me and my wife was just there and he really believe in being honest because I ask him to see if I needed breaks even though I new I didn't but my wife said she trust him but he was honest I will be back thanks again
Had my catalytic converter stolen, called so many different places, not only were they the only one able to help me, they got it done quickly too! Everyone was very nice to deal with and they made it go as smoothly as possible. Thank you!
The elderly man was very ignorant think it may b time for him to retire its not the first time but it will b the last will never go back there again
I was there last year at 8am when they say they open. The PuertoRican guy got there an hour later not ready still changing clothes and putting his boots on.
My car was an old honda Del sol. Yes it was low to the ground, but instead of the guy telling me that they couldn't service it, he was mad at the car for being too low. I guess he was in charge, because then he got the young guy at the front desk to tell me that they wasn't accepting cash, and that the card machines were down. I knew it wasn't true. I confronted him and told him he was an A-Hole in Spanish. It wasn't the young guys fault. He was just listening to his wannabe manager. I will never go there again.
I am very happy with the EXCELLENT SERVICE I ALWAYS receive at this location. The manager and staff are extremely professional, kind and helpful. I have referred other people to the Monro location and will continue to come here for all my vehicle service needs.

If I asked I would give it 0 stars, I had always done the service with them but today I went and after they charged me $ 15 more expensive they did not give me a receipt because they supposedly did not have ink, the offer included rotation and they did not want to charge additional, they did not 5 points check nor did they put the seal of the next oil change.according to them they did not have it available either.terrible service.one less customer
Went to Monro service center over the weekend with my sister to have her car service and I must say I was really please Mr Greg and team really do go out there way to make sure there customers are happy I will be going back and taking my friends and family thanks for the great job.
Came in to fix a busted exaust. Very friendly staff and excellent technicians fixed it quickly. Thank you so much.

Went in for service today and the Manager Greg and his team did a great job even after watching a lady be real disrespectful to the Manager Greg he stay professional at all times I will be going back with my 2 cars.thanks for the service.
At 7: 00am, I attempted to schedule an appointment for today at 9: 30am. I received an email stating that I would receive an email confirming the appointment. 9: 30am passed, so I attempted to call the store directly to cancel my request. Someone answered and put me immediately on hold. So I went ahead and got my inspection completed elsewhere. At 5: 13pm, I received an email confirming my 9: 30am appointment. Um.no.
They told me to come in at 10: 30pm and it was 1: 00pm when i was attended! Not only that but i was charged $140 for a break change and they didn't use no material of theirs i brung my own breaks and it was supposed to cost no more the $100.i will never go back there ever again.the workers are good but the boss is a greedy selfish man and i hope no one ever goes there when he is there.
