Took my car here 2 years ago to have air purged from coolant system super simple process took around 30 mins. Called recently to shlchedule an appointment for the same exact procedure. Ended up having to reschedule for later that day. The guy tells me it's no issue asks when I can bring it I told him 3pm he tells me that too late it's gonna take 2 or 3 hours to do the process. The same exact process I had done 2 years ago in the same exact building that took 30 mins now I'm being told takes 2 or 3 hours. I told the guy I've had it done there before it took 30 mins he just said yeaaaahhh no lmfao like ok guy, I guess I didn't sit in the lobby and wait on it

There's only 1 or 2 reasons I could think this happend they are purposely lieing to people so they don't have to do work later in the day or they are falsely upcharging their labor for work that doesn't take as long to complete.

The icing on the cake is I called another location I asked how long the process would take after scheduling guy told me 30 mins typically 1 hour max worse case scenario Funny how that played out.

Jason and his team were awesome! I had a misfire on my truck over 400 miles from home and they were able to get me in same day for repair. They were super kind and very friendly. I had a shooting competition this weekend and the guys made sure that I made it there in my truck.

I had been the lucky car owner to return to my vehicle after my daughter's dance class and discover I picked just the right spot to flatten my tire. Jason was the only one to pick up my phone call this Friday morning, as I didn't have time or the means to drive my car around to see which surrounding shops could replace my tire before my daughter got out of school. As promised, he and his team had my car back on the road in just over an hour with some Transformers memorabilia to accessorize life with, so I brought them my van too! Very personable and honest crew, and I promise I will learn to remember where my wheel locks are!

This place has gone downhill swiftly. I have been coming here for 12 years; I have three vehicles and have them all services here; they have always been fair and professional. The last couple times I have been in, they tried to push unnecessary service (telling me I need new tires on my Honda Pilot with 15,000 miles among them). I had made an appointment online for inspection and oil change and when I arrived at 730 today, the man at the desk laughed and said that scheduling online isn’t accurate; his inspection tech is off today. They could have 1) not confirmed my appointment or 2) called me and let me know they could not do inspection so I did not have to drive in there. It isn’t much, but my $1,000 plus (at least depending on year) of business will be going elsewhere where people won’t laugh about wasting my day. It used to be a good shop.
