Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers, Lancaster PA

I've been going here for basic oil changes and such for over a year now, and they've always given me great service. However, today I especially had to leave a raving review for them because they really went above and beyond for me!

I came in for a simple oil change, but they found my one caliper was uneven and jammed. Simple fix, but then the whole internet system went down! Even though they were having difficulties beyond their control, they were constantly kind and informative to me during the entire process. They gave me hands-on demonstrations and explanations of what was going on with my car and not just feeding me words in an office. The stand-in manager, Tristan, even gave me a reduced price for my patience during the confusing and stressful situation they were going through.

Just want to give a big thanks to Tristan and Owen for being such a great help and being honest and informative with me. I really appreciate all your hard work!

(Edit) I still come to this place, staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to show some of the issues I had with my car. Tristan helped me get back on the road as quick as possible!

Costumer service was friendly, but i went in for new brakes and pads and since the second day my brakes have been screeching every time i stop.i took it back for a second evaluation and they said there was no problem.its been three months and they still screech when ever i touch the brakes. I SHOULD OF HAVE DONE IT MYSELF!

They were able to give me a last minute inspection and weee great! Got everything done quickly and were very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Visiting from out of town and parking brake started sticking, causing serious issues trying to drive on highway. We called them at 4 PM on a Saturday and they said they could look at it right away. They had us back up and running in less than an hour and didn't even charge us. This was after we had waited to have it looked at at Pep Boys for around 3 hours before giving up.

I was told about the finding of a weak battery. They were happy to change it while I waited. Now I can go on vacation reassured my battery won't fail. I have been coming to this location for decades and I have always had great service from courteous people.

Had my first PA state inspection done here. Fit me in next day and was out the door with stickers in about 45 minutes! Great service!

This place did an oil change for me and the next day my check engine light came on. I brought it back in, they checked it, CLEARED IT without fixing the issue, and sent me on my way. I just got the light checked again (it came on almost immediately) and my second opinion to me that they had completely botched the oil change and now I am looking at a couple hundred dollar fix. Wish I could leave 0 stars. What a scam.

It was a quick and concise experience unlike any other auto mechanic experience I have had in the past. I left with no complaints and only positive thoughts towards the service and technicians involved.
