The good folks at this location are absolutely wonderful! Even though I live in New York, I plan services for my car when visiting family in the area, because I find their customer service to be outstanding. Friendly and courteous, this is a great place for automobile care, whether it's oil changes or getting your tires changed. Thank you, guys!

I recently visited Monroe Auto Service for an inspection, and I must say, it was a painless experience. One of the things that impressed me the most was the ability to schedule my inspection online, which made the process incredibly convenient and time-saving.

In just about 40 minutes, my inspection was completed, and I was on my way. This quick turnaround time was definitely a major plus for me.

Not only was the service fast, but the staff at Monroe Auto Service were friendly.

Overall, I highly recommend Monroe Auto Service to anyone in need of automotive services. From the seamless online scheduling to the quick and efficient inspection process, coupled with the friendly staff, my experience was nothing short of excellent. This is my regular mechanic shop. I love this place and the service. But today I witnessed what seemed to be the shop manager yelling, cursing, and insulting his employee. I hope to keep coming here for years to come, but if that is how the manager treats his employees that makes me worry how long they will be around for. I hope even for my sake as a customer that likes how every employee at this shop treats me, that was only a one time occurrence because I wouldn’t want any of the current employees leaving any sooner than they personally chose to.

They started on my car promptly. The staff was courteous and I was able to schedule my state inspection with ease. I will recommended.

Will NOT be going again. Originally estimated about an hour wait for inspection.came back an hour and a half later but my car wasn't even pulled in yet. The person doing our inspection called & told us it would cost over $200 for an inspection (brand new 2023 model car) and new wiper blades. When we got there the 2nd time to pick up car another employee said he wiped the wiper blades with a paper towel & realized it must just be pollen (Hello, it's summer.) and they would not need to be replaced. We wound up only paying for the inspection but It's shady that they tried to pull that over on us & charge us over $100 for wiper blades. It's literally a brand new car & I could have taken it to the dealership for a complimentary inspection but didn't want to drive an hour to that dealership so we went here out of convenience since it's located very close to our new home. They wound up having my car over half the day.would have been quicker to go to the dealership, get serviced, and come home. Sadly, this was my first service here and will be my last as well.

Great shop for your basic needs.knowledgeable staff that is willing to go to great lengths to help the customer. Ben was a lot of help when nobody else could help with my tpms sensors!

The staff are always friendly and know what they are doing. They also take the time to explain things which is great.

We took our vehicle here on a Wednesday afternoon for an oil change. Appointments are not required, but can be set up if preferred. The mechanics are knowledgeable and skilled and provide thorough and efficient service. We interacted with Chris who was very helpful not to mention friendly and personable. He presented us with all of our options and was considerate of our freedom to choose if we wanted any additional services done. They caught an issue with our brake pads that we were unaware of and quickly ordered and installed what we needed. The price was reasonable and it did not take long for our vehicle to be serviced even without an appointment. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here and I would be happy to come back in the future for any additional service needs.
