Friendly staff and good service! I had new tires mounted on new aluminum rims and balanced. Also had an older set of tires. The tires were removed and disposed of tires and I kept the rims. Job well done and will use this Monroe location again.
They put the wrong size tires on my truck didn't balance them charged me for an alignment they didn't do and they are double the price of any other garage I'll never go back here again. Save yourself the grief more money does not equal better service or quality lesson learned.

They are scammers my ball joint broke and pulled out my cv shaft. They said they put in a new cv shaft and I think a control arm. Well I went to get my car inspected somewhere else and I had to put in a new cv shaft already. Cv shaft dnt go bad that fast they reused my old cv shaft and control arm and charged me for new parts. I paid over 900 for nothing biggest scammers in Erie.
Great price for both state inspection and getting my tires changed out. Quick service and both Mike and Ed were excellent to work with. Also was very please to see that they take ApplePay!
Amazing experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling home to Colorado for Christmas when one of our tires popped on I-90. They saw us immediately. Monro’s was fast, accommodating, and thorough! They really saved our holiday and had us back on the road again promptly.
