Patrick let me know what I needed done to my car he was very honest and helpful I really appreciate his services also there was another woman there that she had an issue with her engine and she was very pleased with his service too I will definitely come back to this location

Don’t take your vehicle here.we drove our car there and had to have it towed back to our house because it was no longer drivable.oh and just a heads up when yall are calling early morning and he tells you, he’s working on your car, he’s lying.i was there 8: 30am and no one else was there yet but he’s on the phone telling people his techs are working on it.

My Oil light notification came on early morning. Before work. I called Monro in Penn Hills in the morning. The guy Patrick was very cool. He fitted me into their busy schedule same day to change my Oil. Patrick was very awesome. Very funny, great guy and very fluid. The mechanic was great. I didn't catch her name. But she was efficient and the service was very fast. Patrick is as cool as they come. Great service. Thank you

Very nice customer service. They explained everything to me. The only thing that I was unhappy about is they didn’t put new windshield wipers on my vehicle which I did request but they also did not charge me but I would definitely go back.

The customer service was outstanding. Patrick was awesome in doing all he could to make it happen. I had no appointment and He made time to look at the car and determined what was needed and went over and above to help. I Would definitely recommend this shop. UPDATE again 12/2023: Not as great now that Rich and most of the old crew have gone. Took my car to a different shop to get something fixed that this Monro swore wasn't the problem and guess what.it was exactly the problem I suspected and has now been fixed by a different mechanic. Now doubtful if I return here in the future unless its an emergency. Down to **** stars.

I made an appt online with Monro through Goodyear. I thought it would save time. Patrick was very accommodating. Even though my appt never showed up in his system, he added me in. Then when there were issues figuring out the goodyear payment, but he stayed to make sure he did it right. I appreciated all of his help and hard work, along with the mechanic that was with him that night.

I had tire with a slow leak, they stayed behind after they were closed to fix the leak for me!

The customer service was outstanding. I was from out of town and had a brake issue. I really needed to get home the same day. Patrick was awesome in doing all he could to make it happen. I had no appointment and they were busy. He made time to look at the car and determined what was needed and went over and above trying to get the parts needed so the repairs could be done the same day and we could make it back home. Would definitely recommend this shop. If any of my vehicles should have issues again while in the area I will definitely go see Patrick.

I needed exhaust repairs on Saturday and they were closing in an hour. They took my truck and finished the work and they were very nice about the whole thing.
