Conveniently located in the plaza so you can wander while you wait, there is the standard services.coupon good and as with anywhere make sure you have an appointment for longer things/parts. Seems like people think they just "fix stuff" not how it works hoss. They can definitely look but worn out squeaking parts gotta be swapped. Average shop experience. Again Conveniently located and can get the inspections done as you shop ect.

Absolutely the best place to get your car serviced! Tim was very professional, quick and efficient. Will be back.

The boys here are absolutely wonderful and amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. One took me to go return a part and buy the right one just so I’d be able to have my car. I appreciate them more than they know?

Alex is one of the best managers I think I’ve ever had to deal with here at monro. Tim is one of the best technicians I’ve seen come in here very efficient and effective really did wonders on my vehicle I will forever be a return customer just because of those two employees.

These guys are amazing! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me! I recommend these guys 10/10! Alex is an amazing manager and Tim is the absolute best to work with. I needed all my rotors replaced and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

First they said I didn't have an appointment when I called the day prior to confirm the time. When I get there they say their tech just left on a family emergency. Understandable. Then they say they can get me right in the new Stanton location. They even called to confirm. So I drive there 10 min away no big deal. After waiting for over an hour I asked how much longer and I was told 30 min.of course I don't believe that and drove back to mt pleasant to let them know and maybe reschedule to find out the inspector wont be back till Tuesday.

Ordered tires through Goodyear and set up an appointment to get tires installed. When I showed for my scheduled time I was told they did not have me on their schedule and did not have a tech available to do the job. Manager on duty told me store manager got the email and did not do anything.

I had hoped this place would have been better than Walmart's Auto Care center in Latrobe, Took my car some time ago to get tires put on and rotated and they tightened the lug nuts so tight that when I had to get the inspection done, the guy i go to get my inspection done, was checking the brakes and couldn't get the lug nuts off. Monro even refused to pay for the stuck lug nut they rounded out and cross threaded. I'll go to youngstown tire before going to them.

Gave this place a try, made an appointment for an inspection and emissions. Got appointment confirmation. Went to appointment early only to find out there was no certified inspection technician there to perform the service. Guessing that I received an automated appointment confirmation that nobody on site checks actual appointments for service required. Disappointed with service offered vs service available.

Waste of time.
Needed muffler repair, mechanic stressed about everything but the muffler.

There is a new guy running this place. He is deliberately unhelpful. I have been there three times since he started. The first time he told me only a dealer could get the part I need (it was a wheel bearing, another place fixed it in a day). The second and third time I went there it was because my inspection sticker wasn't able to be salvaged by Safelite after a deer hit my windshield. All he had to do was put a new sticker on the car as it was already inspected but he repeatedly said he was to busy and to come back some other time. Pure laziness. I'm never going back.

I like that they tell u the price of everything before they do it. Most places will tack on random extra fees. This place doesn't. They are also very nice people. I would recommend scheduling your appointment online to make it easier for u and the mechanics. Will definitely be back for any maintenance I need that's not under my warranty

Chris was excellent. I was in and out for a oil change. Highly recommend Mount Pleasant, PA for service.
