If I can give this place 0 stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL place of business. My 1 year old son has been attending this daycare since he was about 4 months old or younger. They false advertise that parents will have access to video cameras but they will never give you access. I inquired about the video cameras since I enrolled him and kept getting excuse after excuse. Also my son began to become delayed in his development so I got therapist from the Alliance to visit the daycare. The owner originally told me that the therapist coming there would not be an issue but now nearly 6 months later the therapist are being told they need to just come to my home only. Once they found out my son was delayed they treated us poorly and acted like my son was a problem. Also, his original teacher was recently fired because she was not attending to my son, leaving him in play pin crying for hours. The last few weeks I was called about once to twice a week to pick him up for crying. He is 1 years old, babies cry it is normal. We were then told by the manager today when we brung the issue to them that our 1 year old son is a problem and the way we talked was unacceptable. We are very respectful people and did not disrespect anyone we were simply concerned with our child’s care. Managers were screaming at us all day for just simply voicing concerns. I had already suspended the child care this morning after our experience and was later sent a message that my son has to be removed from the daycare. We already were not planning on sending him back. Highly do not recommend especially if your child has any delay or disability. They don’t care about your child at all. Most days they were late opening the daycare which nearly cost me to lose my job. I ended up having to change my schedule. I also will be filing a complaint with the state today and they told me there are many other complaints that have been filed already.

Let’s just say this is a black owned daycare that has been nothing but a blessing to me! My daughter was in kindercare in Penn hills for about 9 months and during that whole 9 months it was nothing but problems. I made a switch to Monroe’s clubhouse and I can cry everyday because god always has better plans. This daycare has been great to me and my daughter, she has not been sick since she’s been there. She has not been sent home for dumb things because the company wants to lower their ratio for the week. It has just been a great start for the new year and I appreciate the owner for being on top of her game running her business. It’s a small daycare, clean, the owner is nice any issues she does what she can to fix it. Definitely recommend!
