Overall, my experience at Monroeville Crystler Jeep was great. I found my way to this dealer via TrueCar, looking for a small SUV loaded with tech options and higher trims. They had a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee in the Overland trim, which is a rare variant of the Cherokee. After reaching out and setting up an appointment, I met with Devon, a Sales Consultant, who was very cordial and very knowledgeable about all of the features. After a test drive and run-down of features, we discussed price. Ultimately I had a set number in my head that I was unwilling to be flexible on. After a few back-and-forths with the Sales Manager, Anthony, we were able to find a price that worked for both of us. The next day, I met Steve, another Sales Consultant that helped me seal the deal. He was literally running around trying to get me out the door ASAP, as I had a work appointment to get back to. After a quick signing session with Ray, a Finance Consultant, I was on my way. Throughout the process, Emily, the Internet Coordinator, was helpful and cheerful for hammering out logistics and setting appointments. Overall the process was smooth and pretty efficient. Monroeville Jeep was very helpful through my whole process and got me in a beautiful Jeep Compass the same day I test drove it! In addition, I accidentally left something behind in my trade-in and the salesman was very responsive even after my initial purchase and was able to get me my belongings! Overall great experience!
