Montage Mountain Resorts reviews
16I work there 2 or 3 times n I even have fun working there it's a nice place to go with friends or family to have fun
Great experience, but they don't know how to have people park, and it's a hot mess trying to figure out where to go.
For someone who has a handicap, this place is NOT handicap accessible! This was the worst experience at a concert that I have ever had
A real pain i* t** a** to get to and a real pain i* t** a** to get out of. But once you're there a good time.
The concert itself was amazing, but be prepared for a very awful time leaving the venue. The congestion was terrible and very dangerous
Beautiful scenery and open air environment. Missing the winter touch in early-September, but gorgeous nonetheless.
The Cigar BBQ fest has promise, but needs some growth to become a truly must-attend event.
Purchased tickets online to take my kids for the last day before school starts. Of course it rains and THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS. You have to go swimming in the water and wait for them to close the park AFTER 90 MINUTES to then decide what they would like to do for you about the rain. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ONLINE! Glad this is my first experience because now I know they only care about money and not their customers & wont be giving them my service.
Adult swim at montage fun tunes food alcohol. Must be 21+ and have id/passport and 20 bucks to get in.
It is a great deal of fun, but there are only about 5 things to do at this park other than spending money on overpriced trinkets and food. Also, they will change the rules, such as: 'no hard shell coolers' without giving you any prior notice or posting it on their website. Not even signage in the parking lot; so you carry your stuff halfway there only to be turned around.infuriating. So, you'll pay $30/ person or, in our case, $400 for our group, and the best you'll get is inconsistency. The only experience you can rely upon is you'll get wet, that's it, nothing else. This place can do so much better than they did today.
Not much for a child who is 3
It should be 5 and under free.
Two slides and a few water sprinklers and they charge $25
Cost me $60 and there wasn’t alot for a 3 yr old
Pre teens took over and were bullying everyone
Re consider going if you have a young child
I’ll pass next time, waste of money
First time at the waterpark was very enjoyable went on a slower day so it was not crowded was awesome
Way too much of a hassle to enter the park … when you have children & bags & your waiting on line for over 15 minutes.one person working the booth, one person checking bags & just one person checking you in.completely ridiculous.the kids pool water is ICE COLD! Even the adults were complaining about the temperature, if it’s too cold for adults, can you imagine how the babies feel? The ground surrounding the kids pool is disgusting full of dirt, the pool gets filled with dirt.your feet is constantly dirty. The restrooms are too far off… you nearly will use the bathroom on yourself walking from the wave pool to the restroom … they could also use another row of beach chairs, seen a family who had nowhere to lay & rest their things. & leaving the park is a nightmare after swimming & being in the sun you have to walk up a million stairs. Horrific!
The event was great but getting out of the parking area took over an hour. This is the only downside I found
Me and my girlfriend went for the first time paid for our tickets online 20 each. Once we got there we waited in a long line for 2 hours and still didn’t make it inside so we left bcus the event was almost over. So we called to get ticket refunds we was denied that so I asked can we use them for next time bcus we never got to go inside and they denied that as well. I proceeded to ask what about the other 1,000 of people behind us they proceed to say nope nothing unless it’s something wrong on our end. It was something wrong they end they was over capacity and refused to tell those who waited in that line until the event was over. Never got our refund therefore I’m never spending money there again.
Had a blast seeing concerts here for the first time. Facility was easy to find, get to, and was very clean.
