Very friendly people and the receptionist was very welcoming. Very clean office as well and the wait time is very short. I love this place and it's my first time going there today! Danielle helped me tremendously with my hearing. After my visit i can hear so much better now! I recommend coming here for all your ear, nose, and throat problems thanks so much you guys!

I had a deviated septum and had surgery to correct the problem. I personally did not have a good experience with the recovery, (I suffer from high anxiety and depression) but the staff and the doctor were very nice understandable and willing to help.
I would recommend this doctor to friends and family thank you to everyone that helped me.

Never go to this ENT! This is a terrible place. The office is a very dingy ugly clinic, and the equipment/technology they use is very old. Dr. Schwartz has little compassion for patients and very poor bedside manners. She was very unkind about discussing the poor outcome and still tried to squeeze more money from me. Maybe it's an ethnic/cultural thing, but the attitude of this doctor is quite distasteful. Their attitude is to just take your money without a care for your wellbeing. Never go here!

I was referred to Dr. Melissa Church Schwartz through my daughter. My experience with her has been amazing. I had a radia frequency trybinate reducting for nasal obstruction it was a procedure in my nose 30 days later I am breathing so much better, I have been suffering with this problem over four years I am truly amaze how well I can breathe again thanks you dr. Schwartz and her staff are amazing, again I would definitely 100% refer people to her.

As always, had an easy complete exam. And Dr. Schwartz answers all my questions completely (and takes as much time as needed). 5 star

Everyone was professional and cheerful from the moment I arrived. This was my first visit to the practice. The staff clearly introduced themselves and explained everything fully. Dr Schwartz listened to my concerns, reviewed my test results and was very gentle when she examined me. I will definitely return to this practice and highly recommend.

It was nice experience being there and very knowledgeable and cooperative staff you can imagine especially Dr. Schwartz was cool and calm person I ever met.
