Montgomery Medical Equipment, an AdaptHealth company reviews
11Terrible experience! Lack of communication and team members are unable to properly assist with the status of supplies. Requested for a manager to call back, did not receive any follow ups. Avoid at all cost!
I’d give them zero stars if I could. This is the most horrible company I’ve ever dealt with. Every time they bring equipment something is wrong with it or not what we expect. They always show up after 5 pm and the driver is usually rude. Customer service is terrible. A few days ago they took our portable oxygen concentrator to replace it with an “upgrade. ” They gave it to us uncharged and we found it was broken after charging it. By that time he was gone with our functioning unit. Now they keep saying they’ll replace it, but we can’t get them to say when.
Adapt Health is an awful Medical Supply company. Do not use for your loved ones. Customer Service Representatives do not follow through for patient needs, patients orders are not filled as per physician and no delivery of equipment.
When your loved one dies and you want the equipment picked up from your home so you can move forward in the grieving process it is not easy to get a real human on the line and the prompt system immediately tells you if you owe money once it has identified your loved one and then gives you multiple options for services none of which are equipment pick up.
Lousy customer service they never understand what I am asking. It seems they outsourced all calls.
QMES / AdaptHealth harass daily by phone and email to reorder CPAP supplies when I don't need any.then when I actually order supplies the order is taken but NOTHING is delivered. This review is 09 Aug 2023, while the order was placed in May. You phone 'customer service' and soft-voiced women apologize and 'understand' but nothing gets resolved.
UnitedHealthcare/Oxford needs to review their contracts and get these yahoos off the vendors lists.
Horrible company. Ignorant customer service. All they are interested in is a credit card. They just want the MONEY! Even if your insurance pays 100%. All they want is to find a way to charge you. Find another company to get your supplies.
The customer service for this company is the biggest joke. Not sure who the accreditation company is, but they need to investigate the lack of customer service for Adapt Health as a whole.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of service - medical or otherwise. This company is a scam. I’d you want to return your equipment or cancel your service good luck! I have canceled twice and am “being sent a return package” that I still haven’t received weeks later. Also fun fact: I was told everything would be free per my insurance, and then they charged me $260. The customer service is complete trash, they can’t answer questions or answer incorrectly. Very poor attitude and in general very unprofessional. Also where I picked up my machine was really dilapidated on the outside, and in the middle of a shipping yard, I should have known then. The front desk employees refused to open the front doors until 9am (the exact same time as my appointment) and watched me and others stand outside in the snow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! Everything about my experience has been horrifically unprofessional. To the point where I am returning my CPAP machine BECAUSE of them.
Scam.if you change insurance companies, they try and tell you that there's a new agreement.so theoretically if you changes insurance five years in a row, the machine would cost you in excess of $4000 for a $400 machine
Horrible service. Initial representative gave incorrect information regarding insurance coverage. Took 3 days, 5 phone calls and about 3 hours of my time, only to be told not covered, without a courtesy call to give this information. Patient suffering due their poor service.
