Unfortunately some of these reviews are very old or posted well after the patients stay. It just has to be the case, because the place is really really well taken care of and the patients are extremely well taken care of also. Lots of renovation and positive changes happening all of the time. My loved one has been here for quite awhile.

Staff offers personal care. Facility is clean. Unlike many nursing and long-term facilites, there is no odor in the main hallway and other open areas.

I don't understand how this place has a heart to leave a patient covered in blood and refuse to give her therapy for over a year now she's unable to use her legs it's hard as a rock and if you try to move it it will break how can you leave a patient like that I don't understand what's wrong with you people

My husband was a patient at Clara Burke for a month. He was recovering from Covid, had a trach, feeding tube & his strength was gone
The staff at Clara Burke got him on his feet, removed the trach & eliminated the need for a feeding tube. I'd especially like to mention Kathy (social worker), Richie (respiratory), RyAnn (nursing), Melissa (speech) & everyone from PT, they all helped to make a difficult time a happier & productive one. All of the staff, from every department, are friendly, caring & great at what they do

Sarah Appolon was a expectional Nurse who devoted each day to care for me while I was there. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful caregiver to this facility.

I wish there were good things I could speak of regarding this facility, but unfortunately there are not. I’ve heard and seen many neglectful instances, one after another, which leaves me in constant pray for any person who finds themself in this facility, and for our broken healthcare system as a whole.

This facility is old, gross, and is frequently short staffed. I would think twice before putting my loved one in here.

Its disgusting. Staff only check on family members frequently WHEN YOUR AROUND other than that they barely check up on them. They always transfer you to someone who isnt going to answer the phone. Staff steals from the residents and does very little to make sure they are reimbursed! If you have family in there GET THEM OUT!

I'll admit that I was skeptical about having my Mom at Fox Clara Burke. Mostly I was skeptical because during this COVID time I was not going to be able to see Mom very much. There visitation was very limited. Mom has been there 90 days and set to discharge tomorrow home on a vent and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the care she received. She has made great progress that we will continue at home and best of all the staff was exceptional in training me on everything to expect and do when she comes home. Staff was so happy that Mom is able to come home and answered absolutely every question and conquered every hurdle that we encountered. Know that you will receive exceptional care from the staff at Clara Burke!

Fix Subacute at Clara Burke is amazing. My brother was admitted during COVID and the entire staff worked to ensure my family was kept up to date and that my brother was not only well taken care of but was treated like he was their family. The worked with us to give us a level of comfort even though we were not able to visit.

Our family couldn't be happier with the professional and loving care my Dad is recieving at Fox Subacute in Plymouth Meeting. From administrative staff to nursing the communication with our family has been exellent. We know they work diligently to provide safety and comfort as well as support services for residents as well as families. They treat my Dad like he was family and exchange many smiles together.
All on staff should be commended for keeping the facility on Stenton Avenue Covid free as they make many sacrifices in their own lives to keep it that way. I highly recommend this facility to new patients and their families

I was curious about the COVID-19 infection rates at this facility. I found it to be 0! This is an exemplary effort of coordination from management to all employees. Very few facilities in the United States can claim this fact.

Excellent specialized care for residents on long term ventilators. Also provide short term rehab stays. In house respiratory therapist around the clock. To date, no COVID-19 in this building. Strict adherence to CDC guidelines on COVID.

If you expect to go there and get out in 2 months because they promise great care.just forget it and go someplace else. The social worker is the worst

My son laid in this dump hospital for over a month with a dislocated jaw. Mouth wide open, nobody thought anything of it. He was transported to a hospital. And it took 10 hours of surgery.to maybe get it right.worst place ever. It should be shut done for good

My father has recently become a patient at the facility. The care from the staff has far exceeded our expectations. Everyone from admissions to the nursing staff have made my family feel welcomed as well as apart of the decision making process where his care is concerned. As a nurse I took the task of finding the best facility for my dad to heart. I must say that without a shadow of a doubt he couldn't be in better hands then if I was caring for him myself. Forever Grateful!

I would not reccomend this place to anybody they do not take proper care of their patients my grandmother had passed and nobody working there even knew until they checked her pulse, not even a machine that would beep or anything! I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars so please if you care about your family do not send them here!
