Jason at Montgomeryville was perfect throughout the process. From the first phone call, the vibe was right. The price was excellent (with no hyper increase despite the pandemic). The bike was ready when promised. I didn't have to deal with a separate finance person and Jason helped me load and secure the bike correctly. Everyone at the dealership seems to enjoy what they do. Highly recommend.

These guys have always been the utmost respectful and helpful! The owner is also very caring and took notice to my chain and didn’t want me to leave without it being serviced. It was definitely due for chain service. He had his staff make sure to find me. He also was at my husbands work one day to get his regular vehicle serviced and remembered him and even what bike he rode at the time! Someone who remembers you and details like that most certainly has more than earned our trust!

I bought a new BMW there a few months ago. The sale was uneventful. I emailed a few questions, walked in, wrote a check, signed a few papers and left in ten minutes or so. I got a email about a "winter service special" of 10% off parts and labor so I figured I'd bring it in for the 600 mile service. I dropped it off, mentioned the special and asked for them to fill out the page in the owners manual that the 600 mile service was performed and the pre delivery service was performed which wasn't filled out when I bought it. When I picked it up I asked the guy if the discount was applied to my bill. He said no and took 10% off the parts, but not the labor, as specifically noted in the ad shown below. The manual hadn't been filled out either. So they got to keep the 10% but lose out on my next (21st) bike purchase and any service work on the seven bikes I currently own. Good deal.

Smooth perfect process. The entire staff from Bob in sales who explained the motorcycle in great detail to Tom in parts who got me fitted with the perfect helmet and jacket. I genuinely appreciate all that you did. Thanks again

Insanely rude parts staff. Can’t get simple questions answered b/c they know everything. Literally everything. Couldn’t get answers to a part for my MV b/c as far as they we’re concerned it should’ve come with the bike when the dealer sold it to me (DID NOT BUY THE BIKE HERE). This in spite of the fact that they had the same bike in the showroom WITHOUT that exact part. But as far as the parts staff is concerned the bike comes with it. Chances of going back very slim.

Way too pricey for the same thing of oil I can get here for $12 I can get in my neighborhood for 7 at a local bike store

This is a well stocked motorcycle dealership with a great variety of brands and types. They had both new and used machines that will fit into most budgets.

Geoff in sales an the guys in the parts department we're great. Excellent customer service, even though it's a haul for us we will be bringing the bike back there for all our service work.

I honestly went in here prepared to deal with shady salesman and left with an incredible deal on a brand new bike, extended 5 year warranty, great advice, an insurance policy that destroyed my current one, and most importantly GREAT service. Ask for Jeff. Genuine person, not pushy, just looking to help you get on the bike you want. I can not be happier with my purchase. I didn't have my helmet and the staff let me borrow one of theirs.

I got a great price on the bike. They carry alot of different brands, and they were easy to negotiate with on the price. 2 issues. 1 Service is extremely overpriced. 2 they forgot to send me my registration, which caused me plenty of issues getting my inspection. So that wasnt fun. Pluses and minuses

Hangin' at Philly Folk Fest and needed some work done on my KLR.walked-in.they had it done in less than three hours. This is an awesome place. Whatever you need they got-it. Ol' Rusty
