Great experience beginning to end, engraving on an existing tombstone for my beloved cat. Even though it was extremely sad for my family of our young cats passing, Ashley did a fantastic job communicating throughout the process and when it was completed. Thank you so much!

I have had Montrose Memorials handle two stone engravings for family members. Since I was very happy with the first one, I called them when the second relative passed away. From my experiences, I would highly recommend them. Ashley Dolceamore was the person who handled everything for me and she was so friendly and did a wonderful job and answered any questions I had. She also kept in contact with me to let me know the status of each engraving.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone about how I was treated with sympathy and compassion from Jodi from Montrose Memorials. My father bought burial plots off of a salesman years ago in the late 60’s for our family. Since, everyone in my family has passed except for me. My sister just recently passed away in the beginning of 2022. I contacted St. Peter and Paul cemetery to try and have my sisters name engraved on the headstone that was already there. The cemetery gave me a ridiculous price that would have cost me around $195 a letter. I thought it was totally outrageous. So I did an internet search and found Montrose. From the moment I called to the moment I walked in, Jodi went above and beyond her ability to make things right. I chose to have the inscription done by Montrose. The cemetery gave us problems and I’m assuming because I didn’t choose them to do the inscription and they didn’t profit. All about the money. Nothing was sympathetic on their part. It was nothing but a money transaction to them and in making their profit. It totally sickened me inside to think that people can play the part very well especially on the account of losing someone very dear to me. I have to say that Jodi was very professional and in the same token truly cared about my feelings. Thank you Jodi for your caring heart and now my sister is resting peacefully.
