Moon Grove Apartments

We went to tour the apartment complex today 7/10 and the leasing office was locked (said it was open until 2pm). Waited from 1: 30-1: 45pm. Knocked on the door and called twice. There was someone inside at a desk but did not answer the door. Will not be coming back for a tour.

I lived here for 1 year from 2020-2021 in a two bed/two bath on Rider's Way. The apartment was recently renovated when I moved in and was relatively clean with new blinds and appliances. The contractors who built this place were fairly sloppy and I had issues with cabinets and some pests on initial move-in. If you get a ground floor apartment, check where the AC units are outside and avoid that unit if you are a light sleeper. Also expect to have some parking issues occasionally but I personally never got towed or had issues finding a spot (just maybe not the 'perfect' spot).

That said, the front office and maintenance staff were all wonderful and very helpful to all of my issues. I think the fitness center and pool will be great even though I didn't get to use them due to the pandemic. People are generally friendly in the complex and it felt incredibly safe to me. I would live here again but definitely in a different unit.

Grounds are beautifully kept. Office and maintenance work very hard to please their residents. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and aimee and Stephanie have always been professional and kind to me and my family. The renovations are beautiful and they’ve done a great job with this complex

Our Stay in moon grove apartments were good initially, but later on responding a maintenance call negatively to Val Cap group became hell for us which led us to move from the apartments and also afterwards they did not bother to refund our security deposit as we left the apartments cleaner then before we have the before and after pictures with us as a proof.

Never move here Moon Grove apartments. Manager and other Office people are cheaters. Maintenance is very poor.they Say something and do something else. After move out they don't tell you come and gave us keys or don't check out with your presence they just tell you leave the keys and when you trust on them leave your keys they then send u $1000 bill for not proper cleaning as we left the apartment cleaner than before we have all before and after pictures. In unfurnished apartments fire alarms don't work and nobody bother to come to check fire alarms in the
end of the lease they charge me for that not working fire alarm too. I am totally disappointed and frustrated why did I moved in these apartments I REQUEST ALL MY FELLOW TRADE WORKERS PLS PLS DON'T MOVE HERE in moon Grove apartments

This is, quite literally, the worst place I've ever rented from. There is zero parking most of the time. The shipping containers placed everywhere for the remodel of apartments is a driving hazard when you can't see around them. A neighbor would smoke so much weed I would have to open doors and windows to get the smell out of my apartment. I would never recommend anyone rent here. Spend your hard earned money on rent elsewhere.

One of the worst apartment complexes I've ever dealt with. Apartment was rushed and you can tell by the detail, but they claim to be "luxury apartments". Have requested maintenance to fix the drains and pipes for the guest bathroom multiple times and still has yet been fixed for 3 months now. I also got my car towed and wasn't aware until I needed it, meanwhile I left my parking pass on top of my car dashboard instead of the mirror, because I don't like the fact that the parking pass has my exact apartment number on it. Now I don't have my car this entire weekend because the tow place is closed on the weekend. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to overpay for an apartment with horrible service.

In my professional opinion and personal experience with moon grove and nexus real-estate do not go move into these apartments.

There are hundreds of nicer and cheaper apartments in the 30 mile radius. I would be certain that the workers would be more helpful and less hungry for money than the ones at moon grove.

I was recently on a deployment for the Air Force and upon arrival home I was given nothing but disrespect and hardship from the landlords at moon grove. I was charged thousands of dollars in move out fees when my lease ended, things such as “carpet removal” where the rolled up a rug and tossed it in the dumpster right outside my door costed $100, the oven being dirty and costed $55, the fridge being dirty costed $60, the bathroom floor dirty costed $45 and the living room door costing $55, both of which being hard wood flooring.the list goes on and on adding all the way up to more then $2,850. I wasn’t given even an extra day on paying these fees or any choice of a payment plan. While being thousands of miles away from my home and family I was told I needed to make this payment or I would be taken to court. Because of these issues I now have a landlord issue on my record and even after paying it all off they have refused to do anything about the record even after I’ve asked multiple times explaining it’s stopping me from finding a new apartment. I spent a year serving my country, sacrificing my own freedoms and comfort. Now Stephanie and her employees here at moon grove have been disrespectful, rude, and completely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Just seen one of the Moon Grove apartments. Very beautiful apartments. The young lady that showed me the Apartments Chelsea was very courteous and professional. She's the person to see if you want an apartment here

Welp. I retract my previous review prior to moving. $375 (cash only business, by the way) towing fee. When I paid the bill, the manager of the towing office informed me TWELVE other vehicles were towed from Moon Grove/Flats just that day. Some policies are applied, while others are not.

The apartments are nicely renovated. Chelsea, our leasing agent in the apartment office, really made our search for a new place much smoother than expected. First she took time to really understand our preferences. With that information she provide some input. Meaning we ended up with a better apartment than we expected.
In addition, Chelsea was very helpful with arrangements for move in and followed up after the move. Thank you Chelsea for making the dreaded apartment search and move in much less stressful.

Terrible! I had a tour with them, one bedroom was converted into two, and very expensive, another two bedrooms were stinky u can feel trough mask

Stephanie and Amie are truly awesome! They helped my brother and his family find the perfect apartment! Highly recommend these apartments!

Excellent place is very safe comfortable spacious and clean Excellent treatment from its representative, chelsea was very attentive, absolutely recommended
