If you're looking to get your car serviced in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, go to Moon Township Hyundai. For me, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. To begin, scheduling with Moon Township Hyundai was easy. They offer online scheduling, but I called to see whether they had availability on a particular date and time that would be able to accommodate all the services I wanted to be performed on my vehicle. On the day of the appointment, I really enjoyed/appreciated being able to pull directly into the service garage with my vehicle. It took away some of the hassle of having to find a parking spot and then walking to the service building. Plus, in bad weather days, it was convenient to be in a covered garage/building the entire time. Julia Spencer assisted me with my vehicle's most recent service. Julia recommended certain services based on my mileage, but didn't try to push unnecessary/expensive services that weren't due to be performed on my car. She accepted both my vehicle registration and proof of insurance electronically, which also added some convenience. 2 hours after I dropped off my vehicle, I received a phone call from Julia that everything was complete and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Pick-up was just as easy as drop-off. Julia greeted me at the service garage and showed me to the cashier's window. I will definitely be back for all my future service needs.

This was the first time taking my vehicle to this location and it will be the last time. I took my vehicle in to have the backup camera serviced. When I was told the over all service cost over the phone it did not match up with the over all service cost that I was being told prior to picking up my vehicle, so I questioned it. Only to find out that additional charges were some how added to my bill for parts that were not serviced. Then was told that additional services were completed that I did not approve nor request. I called the service dept multi times to try to get a better understanding of the over all bill only to get a call back 10 mins before the service shop closed. I felt like I was rushed off the call and was told that I would need to revisit these issue in the morning which prevented me from being able to pick up my vehicle that day. Mind you I don't have a rental car. I explained to the service person that I am not paying for services that I did not request or approve nor a I paying for random parts that should have never been added to my invoice. Just doesn't add up how I bring my vehicle in for the back up camera and some how a random oil filer charge is added on to my billing statement. I feel like this dealership tried to take advantage of me. At this time I want an itemized bill listing the price for each item and service along with tax as well as I want to pick my vehicle up. My recommendation to anyone who takes their vehicle here go through your bill line by line to see if there were added parts or services that you didn't request.

Mike Ivey was nice n very busy short staff that day I think. 80 min for a inspection on a like new car. Went in 750 out at 920 ish. Ruth called next am asked if all was ok. And yes. Mostly was. New break room great. Next time I’ll bring my tablet. Nice work area. N snack stuff. One thing? Have donuts for us 8 am people lol. Not just chips

Would not recommend. If you drop off your car, you will not be able to get in touch with service department at all because they don’t have a functioning phone. You just have to show up and hope your car is ready

Mike K, salesman, to “busy” to call back or contact. Placed onus on the buyer w/o responding in a timely manner and as a result, vehicle was sold. Absolutely poor customer interaction.

Super friendly. I knew what car I wanted and walked right in. Was shown the car and that was that. There was no hassling.
I bought my car from Rudy at Hyundai. He was great. He emailed me every so often to make sure I was doing okay with the vehicle and to see if there were any issues. Fantastic customer service. So happy I bought my new car from this dealership.

Scott Chappell (sales) and Brenna (finance) were the absolute best! They were very knowledgeable, honest and treated me like I was a friend even though they just met me. I have always felt like a victim the minute I go to a dealership. Not any more, because they showed me exactly how the "car buying experience" should be. Our mom's car served her well for over 20 years, and it was time for an upgrade. Due to the high demand for reliable, low mileage used cars at an affordable cost. I knew it would be extremely challenging.
Fortunately we were referred to Moon Twp Hyundai where we met sales rep Rudy, I expressed our desire for a quality used midsized car within a $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 budget. Rudy showed us a black 2013 Hyundia Sonata with only 43,400 miles, one owner, and the car was in pristine condition, with a clean Carfax and maintenance record.
Thanks to Moon Twp Hyundia Dealership, Rudy, Sales Mgr Mike, Finance Mgr Brenna and their maintenance team for correcting a minor issue, and creating an Awesome car purchase experience for our mom. Five Star Sales, Service and Professionalism.

They literally ran my credit report 10 times and dropped my credit score. I still have hard inquiries on my score over a year later. Because of this I'm considered high risk for loans because it looks like I tried taking 10 credit lines out all at once. I'll never go back, and don't recommend anyone else go either if you value your credit at all

Emily (sales person) was great and not pushy. Financing was fast. Emily even stayed after they closed to go over the car and set it up with our preferences. After we decided to purchase the vehicle we were gone in about an hour and a half. Most of the time was to go over the vehicle. Would definitely recommend!
