Mike from sales, Chris from finance, and the rest of the dealership staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Mike expertly guided my vehicle selection (explaining in detail all the differences across trims), while Chris efficiently handled the financing process (answering and explaining in detail any finance, warranty or paperwork question we had). The showroom and the lot were well-maintained, and the buying process was efficient. I appreciate the personalized attention and would highly recommend Moon Township Mazda to anyone in search of a seamless car-buying experience.
Thought I had left a review after my recent visit, but I forgot! It’s been about 2 months since I bought my 2024 cx-30 that Mike Killen helped me with. I pulled up right around opening and he was ready for me. He listened to the few things I wanted in a vehicle and didn’t pressure me into anything I was unsure of or didn’t want. All in all from start to finish my experience was less than 3 hours and I have been happy with my first brand new car. If you decide to shop with Moon Mazda - ask for Mike Killen to help you!
Paid them over $1200 dollars to fix our Mazda cx-9 just to get it back smoking under the hood. I was very scared for my wife when she called me panicking! We took it back scared that it was gonna burst into flames. They gave us a very tiny rental that we could barely fit in. The only certified mechanic there admitted his mistake and said he would fix it. I called them multiple times for over a week with no answers. Finally I get a call back and he tells me it's gonna be over $5,000 to fix it and he wants me to pay it upfront like I didn't have the money. This place is a joke.we will never own a Mazda again. Complete scam artist! Thanks for the smoke damage done to my car!
Apparently the customer focus is going down.hard to get in touch with service department via phone.
Just got my CX-30 with Mike Killen and Chris. Couldn’t be happier with the car and their service. Must go for your next car.
Purchased a used vehicle and after 4 months, brought back for service or better yet.towed back (unreimbursed). No response for days.then told it would be taken to another dealership for service. No loaner car available. Pretty much purchased extra coverage for a warranty for nothing because it’s services they cannot do… please take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.
You always have the absolute worst customer service and you lie constantly to avoid admitting you haven't done the work you should. One of your employees just tried to tell me it wasn’t an appointment time but a drop off time. Yet your own confirmation texts say appointment. Please work on your customer service and stop assuming people have to come to you. On top of that my car was dropped off at 7: 30AM and you have done absolutely zero work on it. You should be ashamed of running a business like this
I had a wonderful experience buying a new car thanks to Kurt and Brenna! They paired together to make every aspect of the experience top notch. They were patient and informative every step of the way- and most importantly they got me in this 2023 CX9 Carbon Edition that is beautiful! Took my Mazda in to Moon Mazda Service Center for my brake light being on and I had a warning for front radar system malfunction. Was charged $140 diagnostic fee to be told the sensors were on because my back brakes and rotors needed replaced. This did not make sense to me as I had just had my car at Stokes Mazda in Charleston and was told my brakes and rotors were fine. I expressed my concern with this and it was disregarded. I took my car to JDs Service and he fixed my sensors which were due to low brake fluid and dirt covering my front sensor camera. Moon Mazda charged me $140 for nothing. I do not recommend and will not be returning.
Worked with me to get my dream car! Kurtis Reighard was above and beyond the best! So sweet and caring and helped get me what I wanted! Couldn’t ask more from him! Highly recommend!
Not only did they have multiple cars to choose from (opposite from Wexford) more importantly Mike Killen, was kind, caring, concerned, competent, and professional. Very approachable and relaxed, he made the whole transaction smooth and pleasant! They had plenty to choose from, he took what can be a stressful experience and made it effortless! Was looking to finance a Mazda3, with their incentives and in a price range I could afford. Mike immediately found that and made it happen! I wish he wasn't retiring soon and would be there when I'm back to trade in the future! Mike is an asset and wish he could be cloned at other dealerships.
Mike Killen and Rob from finance were great to work with. From start to finish, they made the whole process easy for my fiancé and I. Would go back and recommend anyone to them. Fair and honest!
