Great place! Had a storage unit & stored a trailer in the yard. The staff was very helpful and informed me of any issues with my trailer when the smoke alarm went off due the me forgetting to pull out the battery. Thanks again for keeping an eye out for my stuff and the trailer. Will definitely recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

The facility is very well maintained and the staff are very nice. We are glad we found them and look forward to a great experience. I would highly recommend this facility.

I thank move in self storage for the kind people and they were quick to answer my questions. The unit was great, never had a problem with anything. I would recommend people to check them out and use there units. If I would ever need storage again I will be going back.

Decent place. People that work there are decent enough. Only reason I pulled my camper out of there is because rates increased since midway sold it to this local aspiring monopoly by $20 since taking over. I'm not paying $70/month to store my camper there.

Customer service was excellent. We were not from the area and they provided us withy quick and great information.

These people are not in business to give you a break on any unit. We have 5 spots with them.

Stored my things here including two motorcycles for 2 years while moving and building my new home in NC! Great experience! Mackenzie went above and beyond what I would have expected as I tried to coordinate the pick up and delivery of my motorcycles remotely from NC. After numerous delays and false alarms the carrier finally showed up after hours but she stayed late to give them access. I was very grateful for her assistance!

Worse car wash ever. Paid $6.25 and there is still soap film on my car. Takes 30 seconds to change from pre-wash to regular soap and it never goes to clear water. Small car!: (

The price of unit is way to high. Shop around found one for 50.00 cheaper. But that was the only problem I had. New prices.

The staff was excellent and helpful in getting us all set up and moved in. Reasonable pricing, safe location, and great customer service all adds up to a really good place!

Can safely say after 1 year being here and using this facility was a great idea. McKenzie is an awesome staff Rep that truly made the place great. They will work with you on any issues pertaing to your unit and thier facitlity in a proper, professional manner. The facility has upgraded to ensure your belongings are safe. It is very clean and well maintained grounds, and the new cleaning area for cars on top of the car wash is phenomenal. Awesome staff. Facility is clean, friendly, secure. 10/10 will always do business here. Will post pics later. I used 1 of thier 5x10 units and was present during thier transition from the old company. Smooth operation.

Mackenzie Wykoff was wonderful to work with - our situation involving our parents' move was pretty complicated, and she was incredibly patient and calm as she helped resolve our issues. I would absolutely work with her again!
