Moove In Self Storage, Manheim PA

So far the Manheim location has been super to deal with. Thank you… and to follow up, we completed our need for the storage unit and our entire time at Moove in was very good. Shelly was always very friendly, and the facility very clean and accessible. Thanks again!

I reserved and purchased the unit during non office hours but it couldn’t have been any easier! Not only do they offer the best rates around but they include top notch customer service. Shelly reached out immediately to make sure I had my access code and provided her info if I had any further needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

While it was pretty easy to set up online, I still had a few questions. Shelly was quick to respond and walked me through it. Anytime I had an issue with the online payment, she was also quick to respond. Thanks, Shelly for being so awesome. I will keep you in mind if I need storage in the future.

Very clean lot, and we utilized the space well over the few years we had it and moving a few times. Any questions I had were answered promptly. My only concern was the price continued to raise every couple of months. This was likely in the contract and I didn't remember. And everyone's bills are rising and their business is no different. It was just a bit costly for our family towards the end! Still glad we had the space and that we chose that location.

I am a return customer. I've used this company and location before. The Manheim, PA location is a great facility. It is clean, well kept, and easily accessible. The staff is easy to work with, understanding, and friendly. Shelly is awesome! I would highly recommend using this company and facility location.

Oh my god! I needed storage immediately, friendly service since we stepped into the office, the lady was very nice, place was very very very clean, she made a way for us, and really does care for her customers, she was very professional, pleasant. She had a big smile. She was very welcoming. It was super clean. Storage units are beautifully clean and the 10 x 10 is very huge for a low low price! The best storage unit! She went over and beyond! My baby girl who’s is one and doesn’t open up right away she loved her too have a blessed day! Thank you! So. So so much! I wish I remembered her name!

The individual that helped me out today was amazing. If I could give her an option for 10 stars I would. The employees are friendly and explain everything to you so there aren’t any confusion. Worth the money spent. Thank you for you help today I’m sorry that I didn’t catch the employee’s name.

The facility is nice. We never had any issues with our unit. The only reason for the three star rating is that their rates kept going higher and higher. Aside from that, the buildings and units themselves are great. Shelly always responded in a timely and kind manner with any question I had.

Love storing my things here at the Moove in Storage. It's clean and easy hours to come and go. I never had any other storages but for here at Move in. I want to thank the staff for the help when I needed it, you all are so very kind. Thank You! If anyone asks when they can get a storage, you bet I will tell them about you.
