I wanted to write a special thank you to the property manager Cassidy and her superior Rob for their excellent customer service and help with the transition from my storage unit. I have been at my unit for a few years now with the gentleman that owned them prior and was a little worried when new management took over. However, the experience has been quite pleasant, and they have been very willing to work with me and make my transition very smooth. I was notified that I had to move units and they were very accommodating. Cassidy went above and beyond to meet my needs and actually met me at the storage units to go over my options. She made sure I was completely satisfied and walked me through this new process. Website kept submitting an error when trying to pay/ get a storage unit. So I drove to the place. No office on site. Sign says to rent storage via the website (which didn't work). Drive up units have zero security except for your lock. No fence, no gate, wide open. I would not recommend
