Joe is courteous, quick and efficient and very professional. The repair was completed and the results were explained clearly.

Bob was the service technician that came to our home to diagnose the error codes on our air conditioning system. He was very professional and took the time to explain the issues in detail. He did an excellent job and I would recommend his services.

Tech was very friendly & professional. Explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to oversell us. 5 out of 5 stars.

First review 7/9/2021
My older system had reduced cool air but the interior fan, exterior fan, and compressor had been running consistently until Morevent showed up. Suddenly there were multiple failures and a seized compressor. When I began asking questions as to how/why this happened, the technician became aggressive, and I started to feel unsafe. I thought I was going to have to throw him out of my house. He was trying to demand I agree to full system replacement on the spot. I believe he did something to cause the compressor to seize. Even if I'm wrong, and multiple failures occurred suddenly and simultaneously when he arrived, there is no excuse for his demeanor and behavior. I politely asked him to put everything back together so I could think about my next steps. Instead he was very aggressive, claimed he would put it back together, and instead left in a huff and everything was still apart and the disconnect left out.

Update 7/13/2021:
After reading my review of the experience I had with MoreVent's technician on 7/9/2021, I received a message and a telephone call from MoreVent's owner Marco. He genuinely apologized and wanted to know exactly what happened. I told him the whole story start to finish beginning with the frustration of having no AC, the difficulty of dealing with my home warranty company, and finally where I had called another company to come after MoreVent left. I described in detail my experience with MoreVent's technician and my feelings about the encounter. Marco patiently listened the entire time and did not once interrupt, justify, disagree, or anything else. He merely listened patiently and took notes.

When I finished telling my story, Marco apologized for my experience and expressed that what happened was definitely not in line with MoreVent's ideals. He assured me that he would deal directly with the technician that I had encountered. Further, he offered for MoreVent to come back out at no charge if I would consider it and assured me MoreVent could act as intermediary between me and my home warranty company (in line with home warranty company guidelines) if I was open to that. There was no pressure in his request-I felt as though he truly just want to help and make my experience better.

The new technician came out today and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Zach was thorough, patient, and kind. He also explained everything to me in detail, answered any/all questions I had, and he contacted my home warranty company for me to advocate on my behalf. I appreciate the immediate response to my concerns as well as the sincere effort to remedy the situation and to help me.

Excellent service with good explanations and sensible suggestions for future care at a good price. Will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Very positive experience for large capital investment. Flexible financing made it an easy decision.

Steven did a great job, he was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.he explain the issues he found with our system, and provided a few options.

Joey worked diligently the entire time he was here. He arrived when he said he would and stayed until the job was done. He explained the service options and the maintenance plan very well. We appreciate his hard work in getting us back to a heated house.

I have had consistently good experiences with MoreVent for the last several years. Joey came today to fix my old heating system (at least 50 years old). He worked for so long downstairs and was very thorough and pleasant. Tremendously relieved to have working heat again at home. Thanks, Joey!

Scheduled a tune up for our furnace and was able to have an appointment within a day. Matt arrived and was very professional and respectful. He went over in detail all the work performed as well as recommendations. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them!
