Had parts I needed, person I spoke with was rude with no reason. Will drive an extra hour if I must to get decent service.

I felt that I should have gotten more $$, I was selling 20 year old car filled with mostly light metal, cpl pieces copper & bronze, and another cars radiator. Got less than $300/

This is the best place for parts. I’m getting ready to go back and purchase some parts that I need.
They have excellent service and everyone was really nice to be and my dad.

Excellent service. I needed a rust free door for a 1994 Toyota Camry, and expected to have to get it from a southern state. They had it, took me out into the yard to check it out before pulling it, and pulled it off the same day even though it was near closing time. Price was fair too. Even though they are almost a two hour drive from my home, I will certainly contact them when I need something else.

Overpriced and extremely terrible customer service. They are very rude and condescending when you are trying to ask questions. Would not even let me finish a sentence. I realized I was dealing with the owner and I decided that enough was enough! I cannot deal with people who are so greedy and shady. Do yourself a favor and Take your business elsewhere.

Unbelievably poor service and really overpriced! My experience here was directly with the owner. He was clearly not interested in working with me and did nothing to even show he valued the business. He obviously takes no pride in his own company and is only there to get his grubby greedy mitts on people’s money. I will never do business there. I will spend my money with a company that values my business.

These people sold me bad parts and told me I don't know what I'm talking about that a man would know more.

They did their best to help me get the part I was looking for and I will go back to them again.

Called for a tow truck for two days. They kept telling me they forgot. Seriously? My car was broken down 1/8 of a mile away from their shop on the Morgan Highway.

Greeted kindly.looked up my part.retrieved it quickly.in and out in no time.just the way I like it

Drove two hours to get an engine block from them. Very helpful over the phone and one of the owners/manager was very helpful in showing me the other parts of the engine, just so i knew what i as buying. Would use them again any day of the week. Recommended

I wouldn't buy from Bobby if he was the only person on earth that has the part. Prices are high. Workers and especially the owner are rude. If you're female the owner talks to your chest the entire time. The owner may act like your best friend but when he's done using you then it's business as usual.

I have been here multiple times for some hard to find locally parts and in a pinch.i hated every transaction with morgan highway auto.the guys are extremely rude.much better off waiting or traveling to a respectful business.will never purchase or reccomend for anything ever again

Called with questions about a hood they had in stock, could not clearly explain damage to it. When I asked for a photo I was asked where I live. They would not ship to Wisconsin when nowhere on their site does it mention this.

Junk yard, not a used parts wholesaler.

They usually have what I'm looking for. Parts are in good to excellent condition. Fairly priced.

I recently bought an engine from them. They have been the best to work with! I have had so much trouble with the shop that worked on my car and they keep their word. Nothing but great things to say about Joe! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I am currently dealing with them on a warranty on an engine they sold me. They are working through the process in good faith, they test their engines but now say they will have video of the engine running. They seem to be pretty straight up at this point, so I'm giving 3.5 stars for the warranty support so far.
