DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. MAY DAY MAY DAY DO NOT STAY HERE! I would love to give them zero stars but unfortunately thats not an option. I stayed at this apartment complex for over a year and majority of my stay was pleasant. There isn't much in the way of amenities but covers the basic needs. It wasn't until I got into an accident on the premises that everything went down hill. Be ware this complex does not have the safety of its residents top of mind at all. The complex is poorly lit at night and on eve of an ice storm they waiting untill 3 wrecks (one of which was mine) happened before treating the roads. This ice storm was not random the news talked about it for 3 days straight and the complex just failed to adequately prepare for it. Even since my accident due to the lack of care from the complex they have made little to no effort to rectify this situation. The move out process was just as much hell as the wreck situation. They will do everything in their power to not give you your security deposit. Save you self the trouble and stay a place that takes better care of their residents.
The apartment complex is decent for the area. Not much to do in the complex but not far from a lot of activities. The front office is average. Property manager about as helpful as an automated voice service. Maintenance staff is not not friendly or helpful at all unless you are not there. During the winter there is always ice and snow on the ground so be careful during those months. Sidewalks are better than roads but not by much. Multiple accidents from sliding down the hill from black ice. The apartment are okay but don't count on anything being even and be prepared for many maintenance request.
