17IF YOU’RE BLACK don’t eat here. Server didn’t serve my pregnant wife and I for over 25 minutes and multiple servers were serving white people. I had to get up and ask the host were anybody going to serve us and he walked off and told the server I was never served and she had an attitude as if she was waiting 25 minutes to be served. Horrible service. Left immediately after.
Fantastic place. Perfect for any occasion: Date night, business, anniversary, you name it. Make sure to take advantage of the warm weather and this beautiful venue. Enjoy
First time here at night solely for the bar. Location is gorgeous. Kinda got ripped off when ordering an old fashioned though, served in what appeared to be a 6oz cup with 90% ice. First time seeing a bar fight, not sure how often that happens here but it happened right by the table I was at, blood got all over my clothes and phone: (
I went to Morgan's Pier for a meet-up event and couldn't have been more pleased. It was decorated beautifully for the fall. They had pumpkin carving available, which looked to be a lot of fun. The views were incredible, and it was a fun and lively atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly, and the food and drinks were excellent.
Woman bouncer took her forearm and pushed it up against my throat. All i was trying to do was leave the bathroom. Ended up crying my eye out confused and afraid.
Came in on a slow weeknight (maybe 6 customers total) waited almost 20 minutes before I decided to just leave since we never got served. 4 servers chatting it up, 1 bartender, none said a word or even bothered to help as we sat there for 15-20 minutes menus in hand. Pretty disappointed, cant recommend.
The food was great the lighting was horrible you literally can't see what you're eating I'll be back when you get lights
Stopped by for lunch today while in the area and was not disappointed. The street corn fatbread was on the most delicious things I’ve ever had! If I were to come back I would definitely make a reservation so we could sit closer to the water.
The server was really nice but the food was not good. Everything was overly spicy. We barely ate our food
Awesome river views. Great for an outdoor nightclub experience and people watching. Bar and food are good but somewhat limited. Love to go there at least once each year.
Great music and great drinks. Love to bring friends here and the sound of the water is really relaxing even if the place is loud as hell. Super fun for hanging out or just casual night in the city
Morgan’s Pier is a lovely place to grab some drinks and food. Their FATbread was delicious and their fry portions are large. Drinks also aren’t too expensive and they are great summery flavors! Would go again!
One of my absolute favorite places and it is right in my neighborhood. The most amazing views coupled with great food. We were there recently listening to the Juliano Brothers at night and it was fantastic. Great service too.
Excellent stop on a Saturday for me & Mom's 1st time to Philly
The drinks & food, amazing
They have the worst manager/supervisors ever.they will kick you out after one drink.don’t dance because they will think you’re wasted and kick you out…
Was promised there was gonna be hot guys… disappointing… view was nice tho at night when you can’t see how filthy the water is.
Incredibly awful experience tonight at Morgan's Pier. I was celebrating a big life event and haven't seen my sister and mom in ages. My sister forgot her ID and they would not let her in. There were many minors there with their parents, but since my sister told them she forget her ID they would not let her in because she wasn't a minor, even though they couldn't see her ID anyways. My sister suffers from some personality disorders and this event completely ruined the entire evening and basically created a huge traumatic experience for no reason. We tried to be as polite as possible but the two bouncers who worked tonight (Sept. 10, at 7PM) were completely unsympathetic, and ruined our entire families night (and possibly created a permanent traumatic event for my sister) for no reason other than to feel some slight sense of power. I will never set foot here again and if you intend to have an enjoyable time with your family please consider doing the same.
